how much Huperzine in HGH

I need to know because of interactions with other nootropics I take...I like it but that stuff cracks me out if over 100 mcg
 
I will find out for you.

What other noots are you taking?
 
Around 50 mcg per capsule (pure huperzine)
 
I take citicholine and piracetam.Thats a solid dose of Huperzine,I would not take choline with that.
