How much e. Cottonii is too much?

Would taking BLR Rebirth, which has 300 mg e. Cottonii BID, and VL Post Cycle 3X, also with 300 mg BID, be too much? It's been a 30 day cycle of Hi-Tech 1AD and Hi-Tech Anavar so not really suppressive.

The Rebirth would be more than enough. I don't think you would be overboard, but I just don't think it's necessary with that cycle. Save your $ for some VECTOR my man! in PCT and beyond. It would be great.

BTW: We have Vector at http://www.blacklionresearch.com and take 15% off everything on our site using my code, MARK15.

BLR Rebirth is all that would suffice for this ingredient. BLR only makes products with the proper amount of ingredients that are needed for your fitness goals.

I think the Rebirth has enough E cottonii plus there is ellagic acid cyclodextrin complex. Both work as SERMS.
Can add Letrone if your cycle was estrogenic or Viron which will assist in raising test levels and particularly FREE test.

I'm running the Viron and Anafuse in my PCT.

Rebirth is the only Blr supp I’ve yet to try but if it’s anything like their others which I’m sure it is, it’ll be the best e cottonii available

Post Cycle 3X ingredients:
Magnesium (as Magnesium Aspartate)36 mg- 9%
Zinc (as Zinc Aspartate)4.5 mg- 30%
Ashwagandha Root 600 mg**
Eucheuma Cottonii 300 mg**
Oat (straw) Extract 200mg**
Indole-3-Carbinol 100 mg**
Milk Thistle (seed) Extract100 mg**
Eurycoma Longifolia 50 mg**
L-Cysteine N-Acetyl 50 mg**
Caffeine Anyhydrous 10 mg**

This has the same amount of e. Cottonii as the Rebirth but with the addition of some other pretty good ingredients. I have both, but I'm not sure if I need to run both due to the light cycle.

Indole-3-Carbinol/ DIM which is in that product as an anti estrogen is a poor or non effective antiestrogen .
In addition its a strong antiandrogen.
This means it blocks testosterone and DHT from binding to androgen receptors. This is bad.
I would avoid.

Just the first few studies that pop up -

Thats pretty cool if you have prostate cancer. Not really at all relevant for non-cancerous cell lines. But im sure you know that? Given ellagic acid downregulates AR expression in these cell lines as well, yet you have the compound in your line?
