How much cardio?

How much cardio do you guys do during pct? Just coming off a var cut. 30 to 60mins daily on arc, threadmill, stairs.

I know i gotta tune it down. Maybe 10-20mins every day or other day?
 
Depends on your goals honestly. If you eat less, less cardio needed. If I want to lose bf, I do cardio every other day for 15-30 minutes depending on the type of cardio performed. I have a high metabolism though
 
The above is good advice. I need to do more cardio. Ideally I would like to do 20 minutes fasted every morning.
 
Or you could do 2-3 HIIT per week, it will speed up metabolism and it will spare muscle. Or even help you put more of it, according to some studies.
 
I was under the impression cortisol control was my main concern. But then again, its not like i made big watery gains that i can lose while i was on var
