How much caffeine do you consume in a day

1 pot of coffee, 2 Radiate Caps at Lunch, Radiate+ PWO, and some days will have a Bang depending on how I feel
 
I’m about 200 to 300 mg per day. I’d say the average is around 300. Most have a preworkout and coffee.
 
400 mg

I workout first thing in the morning. So 300 mg with my pwo. Then I'll have a cup of coffee late afternoon before I leave work to pep me back up for my kids in the evening. Thankfully I normally get 8 hours of sleep so I don't need a crazy amount of caffeine throughout the day.

I used to work from home and was able to workout whenever. Then I only needed my PWO for a late morning workout.

Non workout — Cup of coffee or focus xt in the morning

Workout days- same as non workout days +300/350 from my pre workout.
 
When I was in graduate school I worked 2-3 jobs and on a daily basis I wasdowning 1-1.5g a day ( among other stims). Now that I am done with that, non workout days no more than 200mg and workout days 400-500mg still a bit higher than I would like but way better than where I was.
 
700-1000mg

Woke up with a Hyde PP an hour ago and getting close to grabbing another.

If you drink 350mg of caffeine and are itching to grab another one...
This makes me wonder
How is your sleep and diet? If you can't feel 350mg and get nothing out of it in an hour I really question some other underlying factors on your daily energy and mood
 
Untill last month or so I was using about 800mg a day from supplements and energy drinks, but it got to the point where almost no amount of caffeine did anything for me. So I took a two week break from all stims and now I use 400mg no more than every third day. I'm feeling pretty good on that schedule, I can enjoy caffeine and get something out of it but I don't need it to get through my day.
 
200-400 a day. Never past 12 Noon. I metabolize caffeine at half the average rate of the population. Any caffeine after 12 Noon and I have trouble getting to sleep at night. Slow metabolism confirmed by DNA test.

Maybe 100-200 for non workout days. For workout days I try to stay stim free.

Yeah I'm on the upper end for sure. I've been sick this week so getting a small stim break and just taking it easy so I feel 100℅ when I get back in the gym.
 
Probably 400-600mg a day.

A mix between pres and coffee usually
 
0-30 mg on rest days (2x /week)

270-350 mg on workout days. (5x /week)
Usually 3 of these days also have Y from whatever is the fat burner or pre of choice
 
Man some crazy numbers being thrown around in this thread. I can't even fathom the greater than a gram a day thing. Was your CNS and adrenals completely wrecked during this time?

Used to drink so much of it 1g+ and last dose could be like 1-2 hours before bed lol but now everything is fixed! I’m taking a coffee and a PW a day maximum

Yea but it was literally what kept me going during that time period of multiple jobs and grad school. Do I recommend it or think its sustainable long term? Oh hell no, and if I could go back I would do it differently but its one of those things I didn't truly realize until after the fact.

Diet and sleep are good. Sleep is usually pretty good but I've fought some colds lately that are interfering with proper sleep.

I can def feel one can. I just enjoy the taste of that stuff so I end up drinking more than needed.
 
Have a bunch of Pre and since the last few sessions haven’t been using any PWOs because it affects my sleep. Now, I can easily do without Pre. I see some post 1gm and 2gms. I can’t imagine what your CNS will be like. Adrenal Fatigue is a real thing, bros.
 
My underway coffee sced: Wake up for watch, grab a coffee. 4 hours later at breakfast, grab a coffee. 1030 another coffee. Then I'm finally ready to start the day lol. We're talking large plastic lunch tray cups too

I went on a med and a nato cruise and both were right at 9 months...Westpac did go a little longer.

It depends on the mission & the cutter as to where they go. Anywhere the us has interest, theres a good chance a cutter is nearby. From the Arabian gulf to Cuba lol.

Right now I’m taking in 500-700mg a day, how much are taking in a day?
I try to not take too much, since I get hard times sleeping. About 400mg atm. Used to take 600mg and sometimes more or less. Then added DMAA and other stimulants into the mix. At the end I realized what I were taking all the time so I decided to step back and go for at least a week without caffeine, and surprisingly enough, I had great results. Alot more sweaty workouts. More "focus", or "clarity" in my head during workouts (no jitters and being all amped up). A nice euphoric feeling. When I got back from my deload I did only need 200mgs or so to feel the same!
