How many mg's for the H-drol's "sweet spot"?

Im on week 2 of Havoc right now and I want to bridge into H-drol, I was thinking of dosing H-drol at 75/75/100/100/100/100, but I don't want to buy 3 bottles of H-drol to do that. I do have a tolerence to stuff, and im certainly not a beginner with cycles, so could I see results at 75mg all the way through? My stats are 5'10, 190-195 lbs, ~10% bodyfat. thanks
 
For most its 75. After that, for heavier people its 100. And some like 50.


I'd try 75 though and maybe bump IF you arent seeing the gains you want
 
I just finished a 5 weeker. 75/75/75/100/100
The 100's I think only brought on more back pumps. But it did take until week 3 to really "feel" the compound working. Bu throughout my recovery time, endurance and strength were way up. Almost not needing to rest between sets. Pretty awesome.
 
Most like 75, unless you weigh a ton then 100 is good.


I'd say 75. More gains that sides at that point. Any higher and you risk sides>gains
 
im currently on 100mgs of h-drol..stacked with 120mgs of trenadrol...no sides to report except back pumps and the occasional increase in bp
 
75mg was good for me. 50/50/75/75/75/75 is exactly two bottles worth and a good cycle IMO.

So you did the 50/50/75/75/75/75 cycle eh? The full six weeks wow..I had intended to just to do 50 at four weeks but everyone says that since I weigh 225 I should bump it up.

I was just curious to learn more about how your cycle went, if you have the time of course. Thanks.

I actually stopped after 5 weeks, which I regret now. I got a bit freaked out coz I started losing some hair, which isn't supposed to happen on h-drol. Since then though all my hair has grown back and now I really wish I had done the 6th week.

I didn't really notice any difference in my training untill the fourth week, which leads me to think that 4 weeks is too short really. You'll probably feel like you're ending the cycle just as it's really getting started.

I did start to notice increased vascularity by about the 2nd week though, cardio started getting alot easier around then aswell. So it all depends on your goals I guess.

Next time I do h-drol I'll probably get two more bottles to stick with what I have left-over and run it: 75/75/75/75/75/100

Yea this is my first PH cycle and I'm already feeling a lot leaner after just 5 days! I'm training as hard as possible without ODing and eating as healthy and clean as possible. The only thing I'm having a bit of difficulty with is rest because I work 32 hours straight on the weekend so I always have to recover before I can hit the gym on Mondays. But I'm excited about these next 4 to 6 weeks or so and I'm seriously considering bumping up my cycle to match the one you did. It was interesting to hear that your cardio became easier, but I guess given the product and its reputation I should have assumed that this would happen.

One more question: I'm going with Reversitol, Anabolic Innovations Post Cycle Support, Lean Xtreme for my PCT. Does this sound like a good stack to you?

Personally I'd be happy with that PCT. I did PCS, Testofen and ZMA. Ultimatly, it's a personal choice though.
 
i dont mean to hijack but i have a quick question,

which would be better to run h-drol 50,50,75,75,75,75

or e-stane: 20mg Day 1, 30mg the rest of week 1, 2 and 3. 40mg per day week 4?

Reading logs for both of these ph's by cel have me wanting to
take both lol, but this is my first ph.

There is no concrete answer there. Some people may like one better while other people may like the other better.
