how many carbs do i eat with AP ?

iv'e been useing AP for a while now but i still dont know exactly how many carbs i should be eating while taking ap ?

You need to find the right amount for you. Everyone is different when it comes to this.

I started off with taking 30-40g for the meals with AP and worked it up to 60-70g.

Once you have the level you should feel yourself become fuller in the muscle soon after the meals.
 
Not wanting to hijack the thread, but I thought I read in one of the jillion posts about AP that its bad to have a high fat meal either with it or have the high carbs meal also be heavy on fats. Is that true? (and does it also apply for the bulk YG) :) I tried searching for the post i read, but its like a needle in a haystack

You can have a high Complexed Carb meal with little fat to it.
This is how best to use the AP 15-20 mins before a high Carb (complexed) meal.

I eat around 250-300g of Carbs daily but i only have approx 60g of Fats daily.

Mick... If I eat 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites with a cup of oats in the morning and have the AP before all that, would that be too much fat?

It wouldn't be over indulging in Fats.

3 whole eggs = approx 15g Fat
1 cup of oats = approx 3g Fat
3 Egg Whites = 0g Fat or trace.

For this meal i would tend to go with :

1-2 whole eggs
2-4 egg whites
50-60g oats
