How long time between cycles?

hey!
Anybody who knows how long time you should wait between 2 cycle's?
I've just finished my cycle of Havoc and I'm on my first week of PCT.
When i've finished my pct... How long time till I can do another cycle of Havoc?
Or another cycle of JW/BAM?
Anyone who knows?
 
general recomendation is cycle length + PCT = time off..
meaning 4 week cycle + 4 week PCT = 8 weeks off til next cycle.
thats protocol....but everyones different.....
 
yea what kind of gains/sides did you notice....what were your doses??
 
I gained 9 dry lb in the 4 weeks I took Havoc...
20/30/30/30
Minor chestpain in week 2 & 3 and mild acne in my forehead the same weeks.
Am in my post cycle therapy now but injured my arm at work yesterday so I have to rest from training a couple of days now.
Hope to get back soon.
 
time on +pct=time off but since its 17aa i'd take a few more weeks get blood work then youll know where you stand ! just my 2 cc

and is there anyone who knows for how long it's in my body?
I mean the detection time.
when does it not show on a drug test anymore?
I took my last Havoc this sunday...
