How Long Can I run 3-AD only needing ACPT

I am 20 days in now to a 3-AD cycle.

I am running it alone and have started as of day 18 taking 6 caps a day, having previously taken 4.

I am intedning to run for 4 complete weeks before starting APCT - is this ok?

Can you run longer using only AX APCT for afters?
 
How much do you weigh and what is your prior PH experience?

4 weeks at 6/day is still fine and will be covered by 30 days of aPCT. ;)

I am now weighing 186lbs and am 6ft 1" - did an epi pulse cycle a year ago for 4 weeks alternate day method.

I have been on 4 caps a day up till Day 18 where I switched up to 6 caps.

Could I exceed 4 weeks on 6 caps a day and still only take APCT or nwould this be the limit?
 
I think that 4 weeks at 6/day would be the limit. Beyond that, you run the risk of side effects showing up. As long as you follow our recommendations, then PCT doesn't need to get complicated. At 4/day, 45 days is max. At 6/day, 30 days is max. After that, things get tricky. I think that once you finish this 30 day run, go with aPCT for 30 days and you're good to go. Keep it simple and you'll be just fine!!

I just got done posting the following text in another thread where a gentleman asked about running this for an extended period at higher doses. I think it'll be valuable and applicable to you as well...

"...anything longer or higher dose than what we recommend will involve more complex PCTs. If you were to up-dose 3-AD and take it for an extended cycle, then you may run into an increased risk of certain side effects, such as shutdown, that would not happen if you followed our recommended parameters. We say that 3-AD is one of, if not THE safest PH on the market today. But with everything else, there is that caveat for abuse. Do anything to excess and you run certain risks that won't be worth it.

Additionally, there is also the point where a supplement of any sort will not have an affect on you. As you introduce something new to your body, your body reacts favorably to the change - in this case, by reaping the benefits of strength and size. This is what our brain desires, but is contrary to what the body wants. Our bodies are naturally resistant to outside stimuli to keep us safe, so introducing supplements of most any sort puts that delicate balance off. As the body tries to regain the balance, products become less and less effective. Ask anyone who has been on stims for a long time if they are still sensitive like they were the first time around. (Me being that person, I'll say no very loudly!) The same is true with 3-AD. More is not better, and longer is not better. You will reach the point where the benefits just aren't coming any more. Our recommendations stop you before that occurs, and before there is that increased risk to your system."
 
Whats the deal with PCT and Calories etc?

Obviously during this cycle I have been eating a lot, when I stop do I gradually reduce or maintain the same level during PCT so on etc?
 
It depends on where you are headed next. If you are continuing to bulk, the keep eating. If you plan to cut, gradually drop week by week.
 
reinforcing what tim said it depends on where your going next, even aPCT tho will help give you mass building potential but you should still keep calories not to high to avoid fat gain
