Realizing different cycles/legth of cycles all affect this, what is the rule of thumb people use to determine the soonest they can get accurate blood work results? For instance, for a 4 week M1T cycle followed by 4 week PCT with tamox, would you need to wait another 4 weeks totally off to eliminate and effect from the tamox?

Definitely, tam has long-lived metabolites that are liver toxic, wait at least 3 wks, 4 is better for accurate enzymes, lipids improve a bit faster usually, and RBC's are usually back down by wk 2 or 3.
