How long after a cycle for Napalm?

I am planning to do a PH bulking cycle and the cut back straight afterwards. Should I wait a period of time before running Napalm, or can I run it straight after i finish the PH cycle?

You can use it straight after your cycle as part of your PCT or post-PCT or you could even use it on-cycle; it's up to you.
