how long after 4ad application can I workout?

I will be doing a 1ad/4derm cycle and want to use 4derm during my cycle in the morning before I work out for my first application. Can I apply it and work out half hour later? If so when I shower after the workout will I lose some of the effectiveness? I want to use the 4derm before the workout for the extra boost.
 
What Cob said. Plus, apply about 1.5x your norm cause some will be lost. Your really suppose to wait NLT 5hr after app. before showering, so just apply that extra 50% after the w/o shower to replace what was lost.
