How has training evolved from 10-15 years ago?

Hey folks! I’m new to the forums. Back in the lifting game after 10 years off. I’m loving being back. Curious - how has training knowledge for strength changed and common wisdom changed since 2010-2015? Back then, Dan Green was the top dog raw lifter. Now his numbers have been crushed by others stronger. Has training changed? Back then it was Westside, Brandon Lilly’s Cube Method, 5/3/1, and the original juggernaut template with waves of 10s/8s etc were all the popular programs. Has that evolved? Are people getting g better results with newer programs?

Nothing has really changed, all the powerlifting methods you mentioned are very much still top training systems. Bodybuilding is still split between bro splits and push pull legs, which both work. Progressive overload is still king. Whether you're progressing in weight, sets, reps or tut, as long as your progressing and beating the log book and nutrition is still the main thing holding people back because nobody wants to put the consistent effort into it . Probably the biggest change in the past 15 years is now every single kid/person who joins the gym starts doing sarms peptides steroids before they even understand how to do exercises properly.
