Here's a compiled list of all the chicken ideas so far. If you have any more, please keep posting them!

Spice up your chicken with these ideas:
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tspn garlic powder, black pepper & cayenne pepper to taste
  • Salsa
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Low Carb Hot Sauce
  • Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp of curry powder, 1/2 tspn of cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp of heavy cream, and garlic salt to taste
  • Ranch Chicken - Get the powder ranch salad dressing mix. Put chicken in bowl, cover in eggs, then add the powder. Rub chicken with the mix and place in oven to bake.

I don't like fish so I'm always cooking frozen chicken breast. How do you guys prepare your chicken? Here's what I use to spice it up:

3 tbsp of soy sauce
Lots of garlic powder (real garlic is even better)
Lots of black pepper
Cayenne pepper

Sometimes I use a tiny bit of brown sugar which mixes well with the soy sauce flavor. Unfortunately while this chicken tastes pretty good there is a ton of sodium.

Post your recipes please! I'm getting sick of this one and it has a lot of sodium.

I've tried generic lemon pepper on chicken breast, the same lemon pepper on breast strips, but so far my favorite is a bit of hot sauce on cubed breast. I find it's easier to eat when it's cubed, and as I'm cooking it (I cook several pounds at at time on Sundays) I'm weighing out portions and putting it into a tupperware container with the right amount of brown rice. These are for my lunch at work meals.

For dinner, I like the cubed chicken with shredded cheese and a bit of salsa in a pita wrap.

And to date my favorite way to eat it is to cube it up real small and put it in my chili servings. You hardly taste the chicken.

They have these pre-seasoned chicken breasts at some stores that are really really good. Nice thing is you just thaw and cook. Not sure how healthy they are but they taste damn good.

I dont eat fish eitther so i just buy fresh bonless thin sliced chicken breast. I either season with montreal chicken seasoning, or just grill them plain ad dip in Carb souloutions BBQ sauce..

Watch out for the Montreal chicken seasoning... if it's the same one I'm thinking of it's made by McCormick and contains partially hydrogenated soybean oil in it.

I will have to try that.
Yea salsa is great too..

On the montreal, the amount i use, and times per week i use it, i am not concerned.. I mostly use salsa, low carb BBQ sauce, spicy deli mustard, or fat free italian dressing..

salsa's the best i mix it with my canned chicken every day, several times a day .. never get sick of it

Thats the Montreal steak seasoning, i'm pretty sure the chicken seasoning is free of hydrogenated oils. I like to put taco seasoning, and a little bit of salt and pepper on my chicken, i think it tastes awsome.

I tried a new recipe that tastes pretty good. I use 2 tbsp of curry powder, 1/2 tspn of cayenne pepper, tbsp of heavy cream, and garlic salt to taste.

Here is an easy one for "ranch" chicken. Get the powder ranch salad dressing mix. Put chicken in bowl, cover in eggs, then add the powder. Rub chicken with the mix and place in oven to bake.
