How common are mishaps like Aspire36

They found cialis or viagra in aspire36

ive never tried it
but it thought it seemed probable for something to work very good that includes a herbal profile that looks like crap

i know of bam include a weak steriod in the product, but that was obvious as well

anyone take any supplements that are too powerful they must be spiked?
 
With no regulation it doesn't surprise me. Companies can do short runs of "spiked" goods to booster sales and word of mouth and then change the formula prior to getting busted. Jungle Warfare is a prime example. Is it just a coincidence Aspire had a drug in it that is prescribed to do the same thing its supposed to do? I find it hard to believe cialis just slipped into this supplement....
 
PAL tested stringently, but at the time of manufacture that analog had not been identified, nor a test for it. I believe the test was identified post-manufacturing, and then found within Aspire.
 
Yeah, I'm not entirely sure about this but I don't think it was exactly Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra. I think what happened was that the main ingredient was, as Mullet already said, a previously unidentified analog of (one of) the -afils. Someone did some testing and found out that it was an analog of one of the patented drugs and they were forced to pull it.

So I don't think this is a case of "spiking" the formula. But I agree that it might have happened in other cases. Or at least it's peculiar when formulas change for the worse...ahem...JW...Stim X...
 
From what I recall, the product contained a minute amount of a tadalafil analogue, aka cialis.
 
I remember back in the late 80's early 90's there was Hot Stuff. It was suppose to be "all natural" but it has some kind of steroid in it. I used it then for a while. It wasn't too bad. I didn't know it had a steroid in it, Good thing I'd probably taken more of it.

Are you talking about the protein with something like 1000 herbs in it? It's still around.

That it is, minus the Steroid. for some reason it doesn't work as well as it used to. and that was the marketing it had a 1000 different herbs and spices that will give you the mass you need. I guess it was the inspiration for Muscle Tech's marketing.

Cant belive you remembered that Hotstuff. I ran it. first batch had to be spiked. next one i ran wasn't even close.
