i don't know for sure if i had to guess .. REALISTICALLY 10% .. people ALWAYS under estimate their bf % .. if they actually got it tested they would be SHOCKED ... my current pics 10 weeks out from my competition are in the pics sectionLIFTER23 said:Well, you are about where I would eventually like to be. Im 5'8", when I started cutting I was at about 195 @ 14%...would like to be 190ish 8%....few more years I guess.
assuming you ACTUALLY are 14% at 195 that means you have approximately 168lbs of lean mass and you want to get to 190 at 8%, which would be approximately 175lbs of lean mass
so you need to add 7 pounds of muscle in addition to losing 12 pounds of fat .. obviously you can't do this at the same time .. my suggestion would be to cut first and get down to 183 while keeping most of the muscle you have (if you train properly, with a good diet, and do a proper cutting cycle WITH test in there) then you can probably do that while only losing 3 pounds of muscle ... once you're down there and you remain there for a bit .. letting your body get accustomed to it .. then work on putting on the (now) 10 pounds of LEAN mass and you'll have met your goal
