How big can i get? Cycle log

Man I'd kill to be able to eat 6k ha. I'd be a blimp by next weekend

I had the monte Cristo meal at cheesecake factory today with fried potatoes and tomato slices and also a bowl of loaded baked potato soup. That meal alone is just under 3,000, the sandwich itself being 1700. Add in a protein shake and I'm headed to all you can eat sushi at 7:30...

Hoping to be able to put away a shake or another meal before bed too.

Not very clean but ill say it's my cheat day haha
 
On the plus side, leg day is the worst. On the down side, the other days can be boring. I add in other stuff (usually ab-specific) on the other days. Good luck on 6K cals Holmes. That's a ton and I can't put away 6K in good conscience on any day. Crazy.

For me personally I've never had a high bf %. "Knock on wood". I've dont really have an issue with staying lean. Im sure genetics plays a big role as even my dad had a six pack when I was growing up.

I will say though that I just got back from all you can eat sushi followed by boba tea and ice cream and I feel like one fat piece of worthless chub. Tomorrow will be back to lean meat, oats, pasta, and potatoes with extra calories coming from milk and peanut butter.

Oh by the way my buddy has a girlfriend who needs pushed down a flight of steps and she made some dumb comment at dinner and I felt like I was going to pile drive her through the rainbow roll. Good to know my test is working :)

No no... what i mean is i would be eating alot of fat to help out with those extra cals.

Try pinning like this:
-freeze needles
-heat liquid or shot, some people microwave before shooting
-quad is best, measure out the length of index finger from base to tip. Measure that length from hip down, shoot there. You wont get any muscle soreness that will prevent you from working out. Just watch out for the tendon.
-if needle is having trouble going in. Twist syringe like a drill.
-taking a shower will make the shot easier too.
-if i have slin needles i would go in delt. Works just as well.

Freeze needles? Why?
 
Good so far I think. Went limp in the middle of hooking up with one of my bench players the other night but I think it was just a fluke because otherwise I'm still making dreams come true haha

Ehhh haven't really noticed anything yet. Still to early to tell I think. Def feeling good from the test prop and dbol. Weighed in at 204 this morning as soon as I woke up, so up 2 lbs from 2 days ago. 210 by this next Sunday would feel really good.
 
Finally got a good workout in today. I've been working my ass off and have only been able to accomplish what I would call half a** workouts as I've been getting home so late I've bad to use the gym in my building and it's made or girls and sissys. Really going to focus on diet this week and try to hit my calorie goal. I've been coming up short again because of time. No excuse just Have to get it done.
 
Hey man I know that feeling coming up short on cals because of work and school. I would suggest counting your calories with my fitness pal and if you're coming up short for calories throw in some milk, ice cream, or cheese.

More convenient than anything else. I always have my iPhone on me. So where ever im at I can log what I'm eating. Anyone writing this stuff out my hand is crazy lol. Once u get used to it u won't stop. How do u watch ur macros tho. Just curious.. In ur head, on a spreadsheet????

Yeah I use whole milk and peanut butter to get my calories there but I would much rather eat 500cals in red meat than a PB&J. I'm really trying to eat my macros/calories versus drink them.

I agree. I do the same. I honestly can't eat more than like 2-3 lbs meat a day. (Not to mention the cash) additionally for my bedtime casein shake I will use peanut butter AND organic extra virgin cocoanut oil. I take a nice spoon full dump it in a Pyrex and throw it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Now that its in liquid form it mixes very well and cocoanut oil doesn't turn bad after heated like olive oil. The natural peanut butter I use is all natural no additives. No sugar,no palm oil... Only peanuts. Not as creamy as normal peanut butter. It's texture is more watery/thinner. I gotta be careful it doesn't run off my rice cakes and end up on my shirt or something.

Madds the nicest thing about fitness pal is that if you have the app on your phone, you can just scan the UPC code on the thing you're eating, or just search the database for what you're eating and it will tell you how many calories/ and the exact macros. It really makes thing simple

I've mentioned it to a couple of people before and I feel like a broken record but...
If you throw an avocado into a smoothie/shake and blend it comes out super creamy, the taste is gone and it adds 250 calories per avocado plus a ton of essential fats.

^^^^^this, I drink my egg whites every day. Hate eggs so 5 egg whites go down easy add a scoop of pro, a banana and a cup of milk and wala 60 gram shake loaded in the am.

I write it down in a journal and also in my head. Kinda gets messed up doing it that way sometimes...

I do the same. I now have like 5 journals with all my meals an workouts from the last couple years ha.
 
My bad for not posting in a bit I think I had the test flu or some crap. For the last 5 days I've been basically worthless and barely having any motivation to get out of bed. Chills fever nauseous oh and im on the toilet about 10 times a day.....ya know all that totally awesome stuff.

Feeling ok tonight and going to hit it hard tomorrow. Also going to increase my fluids and calories even if I have to get then through liquid as my appetite isn't the greatest right now.

It happens, keep at it bro! U have been killin it. And I say get those calories! Even if u drink them... I'm like u, I'd rather eat solid food but u have to do what u have to do! Stay focused on ur goals bro ur blowing people away!

Bad news guys, I went to the doc because I was feeling so crappy and of course my chrons disease flared up. I was hoping this wasn't it. He prescribed some prednisone and hopefully within a couple of days ill be good as new. Sucks but what can ya do. Tired of the night sweats, shi**ing my brains out, and not being able to eat. Hope this works quick.

Dude that sucks bud! Prednisone will make you eat though. Take advantage of it.
 
I have finally felt better the last couple of days and I am back above 200lbs thanks to the prednisone. I hate taking it though it makes my joints and hips hurt. I'm supposed to be on it for another 10 days, but I'm cutting it short and will be off in the next 3 days.

Hopefully this won't happen again for a very long time.

Chest day today, had a strong lift but I'm still not back to where I was. Got tired very easily between sets and really had to push myself.

Hey thanks bro!! Yeah last 10-14 days have been rough with my Crohn's. Today was really my first day I felt like my normal self again. Excited to be back an I will be logging a lot more!!

Yeah it was either that or not work out. I had like 45 min tops. Plus I really wanted to get my heart rate going and see how I felt especially after the last two weeks. Left feeling great so I'm super excited about that.

Also my appetite is back.

8am - protein Greek yogurt whole milk peanut butter olive oil and blueberries shake.

9am- oatmeal with 4 whole eggs

Noon- protein shake after gym

1:30-whole chicken from grocery store.

3pm- jimmy johns gargantuan sub

4:30- protein shake
