Hootie Hoo! Ageforce 1st Log at 52!

1st decent attempt back at squats and DL yesterday, 255x5 in both. Back feeling OK but not gonna push it too much. Great legs back and guns workout. Big Christmas party last night- 205 this am.
 
Light bench (decline 225x8x3, incline 185x8, 155x10x2); chest/delts/tris last night; good arm pump.

Bdywt holding at 205 - seeing size gains but not quality - a little too fluffy at this point due to ridiculously bad diet, will tighten it up after New Years.

About 6 weeks thru the 8 week cycle now. Sleep has been great the past few nights, but experiencing some pretty consistent lethargy lately... not a terrible thing - may be a side of the HGH effect (?). Also on the negative sides side, libido is off somewhat; no problems, but desire is lacking from normal. These are more PH-type effects now, so this stuff must be kicking in...

Also an odd minor effect I've been getting lately is occasional dry-mouth, especially in am... Anybody else had this?
 
Not for me. I know I can feel my skin more when I put the patch on. As if it's doing something or injecting in to my skin . That feeling is what I get .
 
Christmas eve did a lower body metcon workout, including Bulgarian splits, lunges, jump squats, Romanian DL, hypers, calves, abs and sprints. Legs still sore 72 hours later.

Got heavy bench in today: 265x5, 265x3, 265x1x2 long pauses, 235x8, 185x8 wide, 185x8 narrow. Flyes, presses, laterals, pushdowns, bench dips. Great pump again today. As an aside I used a sample package of OL Conquer for the first time. Besides the nasty aftertaste, stuff is legit. Excellent focus, tapped into some reserve power.

Still sleeping like a kid, still feeling a little bloated. Bdywt 206 - up approx 8 lbs after 48 days on the patch.
 
Upper back and guns yesterday, legs and lower back today. SQ 255x3x3 - still taking it easy on my back - finished with a bunch of leg ext's and hypers. Been using TUT and FST principles more the past couple weeks on finishers; good stuff.

Bdywt still about 206. This is the heaviest I've been in a few years. Was measuring for elbow sleeves the other day and checked the ole bi's - 17-1/2" cold. Never measured 18" before; need to pump up and see if I can get there. Put a good 1/2" on the arms during this log.

The Big Sleep continues... to the point of being sort of groggy and lethargic in the am. Usually take a hit of Alphamine or Norcodrene 1st thing to snap me out of it, and energy is good throughout the rest of the day.

NYD lower body metcon blitz today - 5 sprints, tire flips / jumps 3x10, lunges 3x10, romanian DL 2x8, hypers, calves and abs.

Starting point for leaner / cleaner bulk 205 this am. Diet very clean today, hope to keep it that way for my last week of the log, and recomp over the next couple months. 7 patches remaining...

yup...i'm about 2 weeks in and big sleep is best way to describe it
 
Great last few workouts - shoulders and arms pump-fest Saturday; light bench (255x8) / chest and light SQ (225x5x3) / legs Monday; back and bi's Tuesday. Adding in a little HIIT each workout. Cleaned up diet this week and already down a couple pounds to a more sleek 203. Still feeling strong and will cycle up to a end-of-log max bench in a week or 2. There is a bench meet I might do on 1/16 but haven't committed yet. Just 2 patches left :grumpy:
 
Thx I saw it and considered, but had already jumped on MK-677 (and etc.) from the OL UK closeout. Will try it and go back to Age Force next run.
 
60 days are up, last patch yesterday. Really enjoyed this run and log. Preliminary results are positive: the patch delivery system obviously works for these compounds. For me it proved to be a beneficial component of a lean bulking protocol. Still may do bench meet next weekend, or just a gym max - will hold off on final review til then.

Benched Thursday, 300x3; chest and shoulders. Energy was down from long day at work, so didn't feel great. Will see next weekend if max increased.
Friday SQ 315x3, DL 275x3 (felt ok but didnt push it - still watching out for low back); upper back and traps.
Today arms, calves and abs.

Some final stats:
Before weight approx 198, after 203.
Before Body fat 19.5%, after 20.5% (using handheld analyzer).
Simple math says that's about a lb of muscle gained... not bad.
