Upper back and guns yesterday, legs and lower back today. SQ 255x3x3 - still taking it easy on my back - finished with a bunch of leg ext's and hypers. Been using TUT and FST principles more the past couple weeks on finishers; good stuff.
Bdywt still about 206. This is the heaviest I've been in a few years. Was measuring for elbow sleeves the other day and checked the ole bi's - 17-1/2" cold. Never measured 18" before; need to pump up and see if I can get there. Put a good 1/2" on the arms during this log.
The Big Sleep continues... to the point of being sort of groggy and lethargic in the am. Usually take a hit of Alphamine or Norcodrene 1st thing to snap me out of it, and energy is good throughout the rest of the day.
yup...i'm about 2 weeks in and big sleep is best way to describe it
Better sleep = better recovery = better work outs = gains!
