Homemade preworkout help

been twanting to make my own pre and this what i came up with

beta alanine-2g
citruline malate-3g
aakg-3g
creatine-3g
tyrosine-1g
glutamine-5g
bcaa-5g
1,3 dimethlalyamine-50mg
alcar-3g
taurine-2g

please critique and i am open to any suggestions except caffeine cuz i wanna stay away from it
 
no glutamine at all more than likely is what youll hear....

whats a serving going to cost you bro?

Try this out and save a few bucks.

Truthfully you could probably cut out the citrulline malate since you're running stims in the mix. I find CM works best when I'm cycled off stimulants. The beta-alanine and the mono should cover your endurance and recovery enhancement IMO.

Thanks, it's a pretty common but effective mix.

When I'm on one of my preworkout kicks, my mix looks like this:

4.5g GPLC or 1.5g PLCAR or 1g LCLT
3g creapure
1.6-3.2g Beta-alanine
2g taurine
1-2 scoops of Xtend or 1 scoop MAP from PP
*3g GMS (powdered, scooped right into mouth and washed down with mix)

*only on arm, chest and back workouts
 
why no glutamine?

my pre is something like:

cit mallate
taurine
creatine
tyrosine
arginine akg
alcar
coconut oil
geranium
caffeine
a little gaba or other GH booster
 
I have just heard numerous things about the ineffectiveness of glutamine... i don't have any scientific evidence to back this up unfortunately. I know from my own experience is hasn't really helped me with recovery or anything. Anyone else?

but imo add some vitamin c, very cheap and it has always increased pumps for me, also maybe some fish oils (increase blood flow)
 
Actually, you do not need to supplement with glutamine because it is very prominent in your diet.. EX, you get more than enough from foods.

Fixed it and changed things and put clinical dose
 
Not yet. I wish. For now I'm using gluta lyn. Been using it 3 bottles now but hard to tell. I use modern bcaa as my sustamine source. I tried glutamine peptides before. Have not tried nano glutamine.
 
You don/t wanna mix gluta with any arginine based NO boostr. They compete for recptors, thus reducing effectiveness of both. If I remember corrctly, gluta might actually bind to receptors even greater than arginine. Also, that's why Xyience stopped making their prwo, cuz of those 2 aminos interference.

Also looking into 2.5mg yohimbe to replace the ephedra.

I've heard some good things about creatine nitrate but I haven't tried it myself yet. Yohimbine is great for fat loss and gives you a boost too. You can find it really cheap here: Invalid Link Removed
 
be sure you don't get an adverse reaction to it b4 buying bulk amount..

some people react badly to it. Super accelerated heartrate. When I had a supp with it in it my heart raced like I had just finished running a mile. and that was at rest. I did 2 sets of 11 pull ups and after finished the second my pulse was so high I nearly blacked out..
