I tried this combo of supps and it seemed to help me a lot during my workout (good endurance and sustained energy and strength).
-Green tea extract (45% ECGC) 500 mg
-Hesperidin (90% extract) 500 mg
-Quercetin (95% anhydrous quercetin) 500mg
-Caffeine 200mg
-Chlorella (2 grams)
The first three ingredients supposedly help in reducing exercise-induced oxidative stress. Caffeine is obviously good for energy and Chlorella seems to be good for arterial dilation(good for increasing NO levels).
