Home made preworkout for PUMP (agmatine etc)

Hi bros!

Im going to make my own prewo NO supplement, this is my idea, please let me know what you think about it!

- Agmatine : 1g
- Citrulline M: ~3g
- Glycerol M: 5g
- Beta Alanine: 4g

I would take beta alanine and citrulline on off days too. Should any other be taken on off day too?

Is norvaline really that important as one of the big supp maker claims it is (hemavol)? Couldn't find it in bulk...

Is there anything that could be added that would greatly benefit it? (it should be cost effecient IF added)

Seriously, carbs plus 6g cit, 1g agmatine would be plenty. I like gms and Norvaline a lot though to . So many comboe
 
yeah i remember that. part of the reason why i loved Slin Sane v2. L-Norvaline + Na-R-ALA was an awesome food pump combo, always seeemd to give me good pumps but interesting

I enjoyed SSv2 as well.
 
Nitrates would be a recommendation to add to your pre-workout. Also would consider Amentoflavone (AmentoMax).
 
would 2 g of agmatine be too much?
What would be the difference in the pump between agmatine and GMS...Cause im currently taking GMS and its a pump based on water, is agmatine a more vascular(blood flowing) pump?

You could bum agmatine up to 1.5-2g (i dont respond well to it so I do)
Cit Mal should be 6-8g. Regular L-Citrulline could be dosed at 3g
GMS 6g
Beta alanine is pretty high. You could prob get away with 2-3g max

As said, betaine would be a great addition for strength and endurance
COP would also be a solid addition.
Amento for focus and strength

Maybe add some bioperine for increased absorption.
 
Betaine as a great pump and performance booster ,, it is what makes pwo like condense very good

8 g l-citrulline
5 g creatine mono (usually take post-wo)

This is my bread and butter pwo aka PUMP CITY. If I need a stim, I'll take a no-doz or have a coffee. Have been considering adding a tab of potassium nitrate.

I would leave out Whey. I would skip a complete protein with what you are trying to accomplish with this mix.
 
Looks awesome. How much does all that run for?

The main stuff looks like this, counted with 4x a week training, beta alanine everyday

- Agmatine : 1,5g--> ~17 pounds / month
- Citrulline M: 6g--> ~9 pounds / month
- Glycerol M: 5g--> ~3 pounds / month
- Beta Alanine: ~4g--> 2,5 pounds / month

So totaly its: 31,5 pounds a month, thats $50,5

The other supps I need to look into, but there are the main ingredients for PUMP CITY lol:food:

I bought all these ingredients from pure bulk.com except the agmatine which was from hard rhino. Quantaties are as follows:

Agmatine 125 g
Betaine 250 g
Beta alanine 250 g
L-citrulline 500 g
Creatine mono 1 kg (why not, ya know!?)

Prices for everything including shipping was right around $80 and it'll provide MONTHS of a non-underdosed, effective pwo mix. Add stims at your own discretion, or leave them out. BOOM! Pump city...
