I like it! I listen to heavy muscle radio and they sometimes mention eating burgers and crap to break through plateau's and help really accelerate gains
I agree. I sometimes find myself eating too clean and not eating enough as weird as this sounds.....kudos to you my man!Yeah. everyone talks clean eating, but eating dirty can help get you system right especially if your having issues on a cut. Just can't look at short term.

e.g. Nuts 'n More make awesome protein based nut butter which can work well to add more clean calories.
Avocados are also a fave of mine, along with adding ground flax and a mix of seeds to protein shakes to make them more calorie dense.

That is amazing, glad this stack worked out so well for youFirst off this was the most gains I've had in two years. I couldn't pin point which on e of the stack worked the best, but as a whole the stack helped me push extremely hard. I had prs at reps and weight in many of my exercises. I went from 415 1rm in sumo deadlift to 435. My bench 1rm pause went from 265 to 275. Almost all my reps for varying exercises went up. Now I initially lost 3 pounds first two weeks. I ended out even at same weight. Other big gain was my arm
measurements they went from 16 1/4 to 17.
I waited a week to see how different I felt. I feel without labs this is the only way I can give decent feedback. I Gave it a week. I definitely notice a difference in my workout endurance. I am no longer having night sweats and doms aren't as bad. I think they were magnified during while taking this stack. I know the first week I was more irritable but that went away or normalized.
Overall this stack blew me away. I had no ai issues. I would of preferred to run this for 6 to 8 weeks. I think the gains got better the end of week 2 so it was a smallish window but definitely worth it.
