Sup Thoughts - weird I'm running very low on the Liquid Labs. I thought I been diligient on exactly 2ml so that it lasts all the way through but looks like I'm going to be a few days short on it. I'm going on a 2 day refeed. My body needs it. I am going to eat as bad as possible through today. I eat too clean before my power lifting meet at the beginning of March and I didn't do a good job getting my body back where it needed to be to handle another cut. The refeed will hurt the immediate results but will help me kill it in PCT.

Yeah. everyone talks clean eating, but eating dirty can help get you system right especially if your having issues on a cut. Just can't look at short term.

You could add in MCT powder, Coconut Oil, or Natural Almond, Peanut, or Cashew Butter.

e.g. Nuts 'n More make awesome protein based nut butter which can work well to add more clean calories.

Avocados are also a fave of mine, along with adding ground flax and a mix of seeds to protein shakes to make them more calorie dense.

Sup Thoughts - Uggh I screwed up day 20 workout. HyperMax at 2 scoops blew me away today. I like it as a once in awhile pre. Unfortunately taking it on an empty stomach ruined my workout. My heart was racing like crazy. I hate that feeling. My overhead presses were shakey cause my hands were out of control due the effect of caffeine and stims. My arms day went great especially after eating sooo dirty for 2 days.

Stack Thoughts - PCT right around the corner. I gotta say these are the best gains I've had since my newb gains. I've tried so many natty combinations looking for what worked best. I am surprised at how well this combo has worked for me. I didn't shred up as well as I should of, but that was me. I have had horrible cutting time cause I stagnated my system dropping carbs / calories too low for too long of a time in search of a full six pack. I will start to drop again during PCT. I am overly happy about PRs and gains though on this stack. I'm sure if it was an 8 week stack that the second half would be much better than the first. After PCT not sure which direction I should go. I wouldn't mind another PH run there's a lot of options.

First off this was the most gains I've had in two years. I couldn't pin point which on e of the stack worked the best, but as a whole the stack helped me push extremely hard. I had prs at reps and weight in many of my exercises. I went from 415 1rm in sumo deadlift to 435. My bench 1rm pause went from 265 to 275. Almost all my reps for varying exercises went up. Now I initially lost 3 pounds first two weeks. I ended out even at same weight. Other big gain was my arm
measurements they went from 16 1/4 to 17.

I waited a week to see how different I felt. I feel without labs this is the only way I can give decent feedback. I Gave it a week. I definitely notice a difference in my workout endurance. I am no longer having night sweats and doms aren't as bad. I think they were magnified during while taking this stack. I know the first week I was more irritable but that went away or normalized.

Overall this stack blew me away. I had no ai issues. I would of preferred to run this for 6 to 8 weeks. I think the gains got better the end of week 2 so it was a smallish window but definitely worth it.

I would give this stack a 5/5 overall. Thanks M and M. Great stack great gains!!!!
