Holding water on sesamin?

Topic title says it all. Is holding a bit of extra water weight a possible effect of sesamin?

Which product are you using that has sesamin? And what dose?

I bought bulk oil from 1fast400. I haven't used sesamin in ages so my memories of it are cloudy aside from losing weight in the long run. I think what it may just be is the flatness effect smoothing me out like holding exccess water might. I'll let you guys know how potent their bulk is once I get through with the bottle if you're interested b/c it is a great deeal.
