while off cycle,whats the best supplements to take to hold on to your mass for 30 days?or(till next cycle!)while on p.c.t?
 
lots of ppl like to use creatine, personally i dont like it and dont use it. i just make sure i eat enough and train hard enough to ensure i keep my gains. im now 4 weeks out from my PCT (i did a 12 week test cycle) and havent lost a pound
 
i'd go for powerfull myself. l-dopa helps with any sleep issues during PCT, and that will help you keep more if not all of your strength gains. no you cannot just cycle again... that's silly. actually its a good way to screw up your test production. you need more time off after PCT which should equal the cycle length. so if 8 week cycle, 4 week pct, then another 8 weeks off minimum, preferably 12.

I personally use a little creatine. But as stated above, eating enough to support your new mass and sleeping a lot is key.
