Staying locked in. Working on hitting macros and water intake daily. Most important protein.
Finally made it to 7.0incl @ 1.8mph. Slow and steady. By end of week will need to hit 8.0inc.
Tomorrow and Friday speed will be variable. Beginning next week steady at 8.0 @ 1.8mph. End goal is inc. of 13.0 @ 3.0 for 30minutes. In due time. Letting my body acclimate. I'm very happy with my progression.

Side note had roof replaced last week and solar panels added to roof. They will be commissioned by next with Meted. This should stop the bleeding with these massive energy bills and yearly increases.

Below is my 2021 Silverado RST. This is what it looked like last year. This year looks even meaner.

man I'd love to go solar but I'm not sure its practical for me yet here in the pnw.... too much dark and clouds. love the silverado, too. I have a 2007. its just a 'farm truck' for me so I got it for a song, but came with a new LS, 6" lift on 35s and exhaust so I like it for my weekend dirt hauler lol.

AM | Abs & Cardio

Notes:

This past weekend was EPIC. Took my Silverado to Carlisle Truck Nationals. Walked away with a 1st place trophy. I was there with my family which made it well worth it. I had my two boys along with two of their friends who cleaned up the vehicle extremely well. Now I'm eyeing up GM nationals 2027. If i can manage another 1st place, I'll solidify my work and efforts on my build. All thanks to Hanover Off Road customs who completed all the work. I have more mods to come.

Epic day.
Worked out three times. Abs & Cardio Am, took truck to the shop but got no results. Ate breakfast with my younger son who came with me. We headed to the gym afterwards and did assisted pullups, dips and some legs. Hit another 30 minutes cardio. Dropped him off at home and returned for final workout with my gym buddy. We hit back as normal and I finished with another 30minutes of cardio.

Seeing results but I'm excited to see side by side comparison in November on dexascan. Following Winter ramping up to sprints on the college track at 54 years old.
