10/12 {Squatober} Day 12, Friday
Have to backfill the workouts but haven’t quite. Basically, this month challenges your mental fortitude, joints, recovery ability and the commitment to complete a full month of squatting. I went from hardly squatting to doing so daily. I’m seeing results immediately. Usually it’s hard to tell but this month of training in this manner is brutal and addicting at the same time. Tomorrow final day before Sunday rest. I will be two weeks on with two to go.
