Dang good work. Glad your back. Ever find out what caused your blood pressure to get so high?
You're used to it being around 190? Thats crazy. Mines usually anywhere from 112-130 over like 60-70ishNo, their checking. It’s always been high but not that high. They believe it’s genetic. I was one step from a stroke/heart attack. They immediately asked me to go to hospital and requested an ambulance ride. I refused and drove myself.
They then admitted me and took multiple viles of blood. Then measured my pressure continuously before giving me meds to control it. I had hypertension issues since I was in the Navy.
The Navy did a 10 day study, averaged it and said I was fine. Following that time period I moved to another part of Virginia where I had a nurse practitioner who then put me on meds but after we moved to Pa years later my new doctor changed the meds, then she left, a predecessor took over. He then added pills and I was flabbergasted. This dude had me on three types. I decided I was done.
Fast forward to moving back home and this weekend, I walked out with more meds than before. Apparently I’m blood pressure resistant. Severely resistant to meds. That’s why they have to put me on so much.
Furthermore I should never have stopped to begin with but it was my fault for doing so and almost lost my life doing it. If that object wasn’t in my ear, I would’ve never gone in. Till this moment I still don’t know if the Patient Care got it out like I originally wanted before going to the Main Hospital.
They tested my heart, kidneys, lungs and belly. Did ultrasounds on each and want to do more work ups to ensure no heart damage. They were impressed because they don’t understand why I never felt any symptoms. I also now have to go in for a sleep study and cardio gram.
To be fair two weeks prior to Friday I was working 12s. Stressed over some personal issues I’m trying-to work out. I couldn’t tell you the last time I took amino acids. My wife said to mention to doctors the supplements I was taking but I told her I don’t have any except Protein. Besides Protein I’m taking multi-vitamins {MedPak} by Redcon1 and their Fat Burner {NonStim}.
I will tell you lesson learned to enjoy life even more and get regular checks by doctors the older you get. It’s not worth your life. Funny part is when they were trying to regulate my blood pressure it stabilized to 190, that’s where I’m used to it being. My family walked in the room and visited for two hours and they checked it, it dropped to 147, they were happy. They left and climber back to 185, then 197. It took all I could not to laugh. Not really funny but I can’t make this up. It’s been there ever since. They said we will drop it gradually because you can pass out or have a heart attack if it drops too low, or too fast. They had no control once my little guys and wife walked in. Even with the change I suffered no symptoms.
We will see how it measures out throughout the week and next week. Hopefully they can be reduced or changed for the frequency.

Struggled with benching. These lifts kicked my butt this week. Strength up and down due to new meds. Hopefully stabilize and I can get consistent. Also work still hectic, so we will see this coming week.

Thats all you got on incline? Just kidding lol thats alot of weight
Happy birthday bro!6/22
Happy Birthday to ME.
Incline Bench & Delts today.
What kind of advice are you looking for? I can honestly say im really glad i got on it. My marriage was a mess bc i had no libido, no energy, was depressed. Honestly im not the most energetic person now but i work 9 hours physical labor every day, come home to 4 kids and i get up at 2 am to lift so i mean who wouldnt be tired? Lol but my libido is back and the depression has subsided for the most part aside from being extremely overwhelmed from personal issues going on but those are pretty hefty issues so understandable. If you make the choise to get on it and have any questions feel free to ask6/27

Two days within 4 days of doing near max lifts on this rehab of my deads. At least I’m back to mid 400 range. I’ll keep pushing it until my body decides it needs a cool down. That’s all I truthfully did. Still happy with the numbers. Going to be deadlifting and squatting more and more. Working to build on this monstrous foundation, lean out and stay the course.
On a side note anyone on a TRT regimen that can offer some advice. I’m looking to possibly give in and start after being natural all my life. For the life of me can’t figure out what cause Low T besides the stress I’ve been under for past 20years and multiple times I was unemployed and moved after leaving the Navy. The world is a scary place once you leave the comfort of military living. I worked some seriously stressful jobs, not strenuous but stressful. I’ve worked to keep my family taken care of and loss myself in the process.
I’m finally coming to grips with my reality before suffering an early death from something that I simply could’ve controlled, including living with long bouts of HBP {High Blood Pressure}, and some kidney function loss due to low filtration. It’s not damaged, and has great blood flow just not filtering properly. So I’m now on meds for those and looking at TRT. No, never in my life have I dabbled or taking anything outside of supplements off the shelf. Not even pro hormones.
Input welcome.

I go through entourage medical its a telemedicine clinic thats actually on here as a board sponsor dont know if youve seen em or not. Its 139 a month for everything. Its a clinic though so insurance doesnt cover it. I do 200mg a week split doses 250 iu hcg once a week and i have adex on hand if i need it but i dont usually need it. I was told to start taking it when i started test and crashed my e2 and felt like crap for a while. That pretty much sums up what I wondered. To further inquire. What protocol did you begin with by your doctor versus where you are now. Mine suggested pinning every two weeks, 1ml I believe and to return for check ups to see where it levels out at. I’m below minimum.
Yes. Everything you mentioned caused mine in same manner that wrecked my T levels. Marriage was affected and libido in the dumps but I just rolled with it. No one would address it. The more I thought about it once we got settled in back home, new house, traded vehicle, new job, Reality kicked in about my health.
Also does insurance help with your costs for meds? What do you generally pay?

Pinning every 2 weeks is a long time between shots and creates a roller coaster effect with your t levels and its not fun. I know some guys feel fine on that protocol but my script got delayed in the mail last time i got it filled and i went 2 weeks between shots and felt like garbage by the time it finally came
405 on incline? You're ridiculous dude. Is that a pr?
