I didn’t. I refrained from it. I’m easing back into legs. I’ve been working strenuous hours for several weeks. It’s taking a toll on my sleep. Rest has been a priority but I’ve been extremely exhausted yet getting the work in.If it's been a month since you have done legs I'm not sure you want to do two sessions in the first week back ?

I’m very serious about losing bodyfat .Attempting to get weight to 275lbs from previous 384. Mins you April 21’ I lost 80lbs due to Covid hospitalization, 6 months it took to regain the muscle. I’ve spent a year defining, shaping and growing all the lost muscle while purposefully cutting. My strength comes and goes based on weight-loss and fatigue. I’m in for the long haul.
