My favorite version is this one:
They also have one that is more like a flat at my main gym. I get about the same weight on either but getting set is easier on this one. You can get a better deal even on the stack plate version with weights.
Dang those aren't cheap that's for sure.

Another thing i've been throwing around within the next few years I'd like to get a Force USA G20 all in one trainer for my home gym but those are like $6k

Just found this log and had a question about Kratom shutting down your endogenous test. Were you using kratom daily for this to happen or a few times a week? I also have been trying to kick the kratom habit after an injury this past year, and I had noticed that it seemed like my natural test production was down quite a bit as well, but hadn’t found any literature to support the suspicion of kratom effecting that.

Big Pharma kinda hides the info on opioids causing low testosterone. I had to search and study a bit to come to that conclusion.
A lot of pillers have issues with severely low test. The biggest problem for them is the fact that doctors just change the opioid to keep them off the "bad" ones.
Kratom does have this effect also. Mine was

I have been off pain meds from being in the wreck for many years. PCTs were working well until I started using kratom. When I was tested I was only taking 2.5 grams postworkout. I did take more before that. Fenugreek and other sups that cause the gnRH release seems to help(when off kratom. They don't help while on). Using HCG might not be a bad idea either. You should get your testosterone checked if you have used it awhile. I'm an older guy and have used gear quite a bit but never heard of test being that low.

Yeah, that's probably a good idea. If you've been using it awhile like I was, you might wanna taper and take your time. Quitting was tough for me because of all the nasty pain I have from my body being trashed in the wreck. That's why I used it a bit postworkout.
Sounds like it might have trashed your test a bit. After you're off awhile, get some Ultra Male or some other sup with fenugreek in it. I'm already a believer that it helps.

I'm going to just stop putting leg day on Mondays when I start a log. It's international chest day!
I was thinking about doing a pyramid on the Cybex bench to see where I'm at but stuck to the 5 X 5. That went up, maybe I'll break the 3 plate PR I have on the Cybex since the pec tear. It's sad. I could get 3 plates on the flat before that.
I started taking creatine monohydrate on my off days so it's loaded. I think that helps lifts some. I was only taking it in my pre-workout.

What is leg day? Just kidding. Legs are probably my weaker body part in comparison to other ppl so I usually dread that day. But I agree chest on Mondays always ;)

My legs have a lot of type 2 fibers. This is great for hiking, biking ect but not for growing. The strongest they ever got was by doing 10 X 10. I never tried a 1 rep max when doing that. Consequently my PRs are 405 X 10 and 455 X 7.
I did those in the same workout which is cool.
That was when I was 50 and the drunken maniac t-boned me the same day.

Time was getting short today so I went to the gym across the street again. The stack plate Matrix leg press is pretty cool. You lift your body as well as the stack so it's more like what I would call a squat press.

Not crazy about Seated calf raise since I got that pull doing that. Played it careful and got them in though. That's all this gym has.

However, I'm debating on whether to get a gym membership for certain days such as legs, chest, and back. I feel I can hit biceps/triceps, shoulders, and cardio in my home gym every week and maybe hit the commercial gym 3 days a week or something like that.

Most of the practical stuff is best done with free weights anyway. The free weights work the core and stabilizers better. The machines and cables are good for constant tension and angles. You can definitely do some some cool bodybuilding stuff with machines. The machines smoke those bent arm dumbbell lat raises. 😜 Machine Reverse flies for making those rear delts pop are cool too.

I trained at Snap again today. Pretty much got my workout in but had to change too many things so I couldn't use workout page for this.

I've got a nice light cycle put together. It's gonna be pretty neat to see how that goes. I'm halfway tempted to get another bottle of turkesterone to use with it.

Vascularity was looking crazy after the workout. Kinda hard to get it in a pic but I tried:

My right are looks tiny and pale. It's not. 😜

Machine Reverse flies for making those rear delts pop are cool too.
Agreed! For rear delts I can't hit them like I can with a machine with free weights. I think it's just the angle when you're seated normal doing real delts with a machine that hits them good.

Leg tips for guys who hate legs. Pick 2-3leg exercises to do on your favorite bodypart day and your not allowed to do your favorite stuff till legs is done, do that 2x week and legs won't be as annoying.

Also pro tip, if you have a leg day, do it ON MONDAY!

Everyone else is doing chest and you will have all the leg equipment to yourself!!!

I started the mild cycle today. It just consist of two pumps of IML 4-andro, 50 mgs transdermal b-aet and 300 mgs epi ed. The epi will be pre-workout to do that cool dht thing.
Felt pretty locked in today. This will last 50 days so I'll probably need another bottle of turkesterone.

The Cybex Smith machine goes almost to the floor with safety junk out of the way. This still worked on the hips a bit but I'm going to get used this before changing to rack deads.
On the deadlift platform at my gym you even go lower than the floor for slds. I will change to free weights eventually and work my way down the rack.

I'm not sure why I struggled a bit on the Cybex bench. It could have been the lack of sleep but I also took the second dose of Baet kinda pre-workout. Really felt dry and had some aches. Epi and aet together might be the problem. I might just save the aet for my off time.

It could have been the lack of sleep
Lack of sleep always gets to me but sounds like you had a good pre so that should have woke you up.
I hate the sleep headaches. That's when you know you're really tired :(

I adjusted my light cycle by taking the Baet out and adding a third pump of IML 4-andro cream. Epi is kinda anti-estrogenic anyway. It's not through an AI mechanism but because it binds to beta ERs. I believe aet does this also and hence the dryness.

We'll see but I think taking an extra pump of 4-andro pre-workout will help.

Anyway, I did a 10 X 10 leg press workout today. The Precor legpress at Anytime kinda mimics squat like the Matrix one at Snap does. Looking for my 5 X 5 in the rack to be up next week.
Didn't go heavy like I did at Snap because of the volume but you are lifting your body with the stack.

First of all some wisdom from the Cat in the Hat:

The three pumps of the 4-andro seems to help the dry joint thing. I may bump it up to 4. That still only 200 mgs per day. 4-andro don't aromatize much but that and my trt should handle. I'm only on 300 mgs of epi.

Going to work on getting deads up on the Smith and then change to the dead platform. I don't know where I'll start but will eventually work them down to the one we count as the floor.

I'm on my last 5 days of turkesterone starting today. It's great for off periods and seems to work well while on also.

I'll give my opinion on it soon. The next time I'm off I'll probably play around with some Recomp20.

Left the ab work out yesterday because of time issues but had a decent workout.

Nice log and interesting bit on the kratom. I’ve been using 3-5g a day for probably 4 months now. It went from just the weekend to every day. I feel like I’ve hit a plateau with it and should probably cycle off for a bit. If I add more than that, there are other side effects. I cycle between 3-4 types to keep the effects strong and also take tums to slow the breakdown. Strength and stamina has not changed but I’m also taking a lot of other things. It’s probably not enough to cause significant issues but it’s definitely something to keep in mind.
I just started Repp Mass Caps, it has Turk but not as much as IML. It’s more of an arachidonic acid supplement and I’ve never used that before. Holy DOMS

Upping the 4-andro helped quite a bit on the dryness thing. For not being very far along on a quite mild cycle strength wasn't bad.
I had to miss training yesterday because my main gym closed earlier. Was getting ready to drink my pre-workout and called for no answer. So I just waited for today.

Had to wait a bit on the Cybex after I did my Pause bench. That's why the Warmup set. Even did my Flys before the Cybex.
I will do a little review on the turkesterone Wed.

Nice! I typically will always do some type of fly movement prior to a press to warm up the pecs.

I didn't forget about giving my opinion on the IML turkesterone(gotta a lot going on).
A lot of ppl are kinda critical about stuff being complexed with cyclodextrins. They talk about the actual amount the active.
For me this is one of the good things about this version.

When I did a log on another version I found taking the doses too close together caused lethargy. I took the the IML version once in the morning and then with my pre-workout. Still got the cool pumps and vascularity with it. I think the fact I'm always in ketosis in the AM helps with absorbing the cyclodextrins. My pre-workout always includes dextrose which probably also helps.

This stuff works for maintaining gains while off cycle and seems to help with gaining while on. I only used it on the front end of this one so I'll have to put it in another at some point. It you can't tell it's a win for me.

I miss leg press. I currently workout at my home gym and sometimes hit up a local gym near me. Leg press is one thing I miss in my regular routine :(
