I'm not really sure man. I know that normal is 120/80. Mine was 118/72 this morning. My wife is a nurse, so I trust her checking it. We have a monitor here at home. Who checked yours?

Oh, I'm sure you're fine. I just don't know if I've seen someone in a normal situation whose blood pressure was low like that. It just means that you shouldn't have a problem with blood pressure spikes when using gear. That's always good to know. ALRI Methoxy TRN has made mine spike really high the both times I have used it. I just up the Hawthorn Berries and keep on. I love ALRI's TRN!! :woohoo:

No. I almost never have headaches. I didn't realize it was high until I took the reading out of curiosity. If anything, only during intense exertion I would feel a little light headed. But nothing bad at all.
 
Nice workout tonight, felt good all around. I am trying to conquer one of the hardest things ever right now "stopping cigarettes" I have been quite the ******* today, lol. I am finally to the point were i just have to stop. It is a affecting my workouts, and various other aspects of my life. i have been a smoker for 10 years now and it is very hard. the longest i have gone is maybe a full day and I am almost there now so I think I can do it., actually i have to do it. Time for Hman to be smoke free(well not the ganja though lol).

I hear ya bro, I picked up smoking right after my high school sweat heart dumped me. It was an unhealthy way to deal, but I was all depressed and 18, so, can't drink yet, but I could smoke. I remember buying "my last pack of cigarettes" like 20 times. I picked up excessive cardio to kick the habit, even though one of my favorite things to do after a stressful bout of cardio was to chill back to a grit (ironic), but I stopped by making myself go for a run every time I wanted one.

It's best to just go cold Turkey, after the 2 week mark it should be MUCH easier and life gets less depressing when you don't smoke anyway, cause what are you doing when you're smoking alone? Reflecting on life and all that BS and that gets generally sobering.

I quit the same way years back. COLD TURKEY! It's the ONLY way to quit without using Chantix(prescription medication) Like volcom said, after the 2 week mark it's easy sailin'. I haven't quit da ganj though :afro:
 
So what has come of the cycle so far? Weight gains? Strength gains? Fat loss/gain? Joints? etc

Fo shizzle. I've met Nick and SA at the Hive Studio in L.A. I was at a small, intimate 311 show at the House of Blues on Sunset Blvd., Hollywood, with my ex girlfriend (the green eyed, blond haired chick). I had her on my shoulders during the show, then the bass player, P-nut, started pointing at her. It was kind of weird and awkward and if I wasn't such a 311 fan I might have been like :FUfinger:

My friend, Eugene, a struggling up & coming music producer, is a HUGE 311 fan. A few years back, 311 had a contest of who could send in their best version of their song, Flowing, would be picked to sing it with them on stage at a concert. Well Eugene being a music producer had the equipment and he's an amazing musician, so he sent his Def Row Record quality version of Flowing in and got picked, so him and his partner Chunk, got to sing Flowing with 311 on stage.

hahaha I arranged my desk so that my back isnt to anyone and Im facing everyone. So I can minimize when my supervisor walks by. Plus I work for my gramps. So bene mofuggin fits!! bwahahah.
 
I sit across a long desk parallel to the wall, and all our computers are lined up next to each other, so the only thing that kills my cover are these little dancing icons on the right side :dance::woohoo::hammer::toofunny::clap2::bruce2::jaw::numbered::run::donut::burg::duel::saw:

Sativa my reefa,aha aha(saw them live twice and loved it)

Cycle has been ok at best. Gained some strength and some lean muscle also have lost some fat. So overall pretty good. i feel epi is very mild but I could have made it better if so much random bullish didn't come up.
