My E2 was over 100 on peak. My Dr. put me on .5mg of Arimidex every day and in two weeks my E2 was undetectable. I was reduced to .5mg EOD and there was still no detectable E2 after four more weeks. My hot flashes and cold sweats occurred multiple times daily. Generally did not feel good at all. I have been reduced to .5mg the day prior to my T injection and the remainder of the pill (.5mg) the day of injection. Hopefully that will control the E2 conversion on the peaks caused by injection. We will see in a few weeks how that is working but I have been feeling better and rare hot flashes or cold sweats. I am hypogonadal and produce no natural T. I inject .75cc (150 units) of DepoTestosterine IM once per week. T levels have been in the 550 to 650range on the last few tests. I have also been taking finesteride to control DHT conversion and protect the prostate.

Post blood test results, names, values, units, ranges, performing laboratory.
Change your injection schedule to E3D or even E2D.
150mg/week should give you higher TotalT levels.
I should be around 1000 when testicles are not working.

Testosterone injections usualy are easy on DHT,
do you have blood test confirming that your DHT is high?
I had a sky high DHT while on transdermals, it went back to almost normal after I switched to injections.
I use LiquiDex, easy to change dose.
I use this test to figure out my E2 and FreeE2
Estradiol, Free, LC/MS/MS (36169X)
the output of that test is:
Estradiol, Free (Males (Adult): < or = 0.45 pg/mL )
Estradiol (Males (Adult): < or = 29 pg/mL)
