High Dose of Vitamin B5 and Muscle Growth

Would Vitamin B5 at 10 grams a day affect muscle growth at all? Either good or bad? I don't see how it could be bad just wanted to make sure, I haven't seen anything about it related to muscle growth.
 
I have used 10g day for acne and didn't notice any abnormal change in muscle gain or loss. Have done so more then once.

I've done high dose B5 to help with acne before, it didnt seem to affect muscle growth in any form.
 
iv done it in passed and didnt notice anything.
but now i opt for just using a good AI, 2-4 servings of apple cider vinegar (oral) and organic peppermint soap (dr bronners), wash 2x a day and havent had much acne issues now.
but early on on first couple cycles it was VERY bad... : /
 
Where has everyone gotten their Vitamin B5 from and what kind have you found is the cheapest or best option? Capsule or powder? I used NOW Pantothenic Acid for a little bit but am seeing if I can find something cheaper and just as good.
 
It really is all the same. B5 is very common, so just go to any vitamin store and find what is on sale.
