High Carbs but still in deficit?(need help)

Hey guys. Quick question here. I just ate like 112 over carbs but am still remaining at the same caloric intake as daily. Will my body benefit from this? Its still in a deficit so will a little bump in carbs be good?

Tripping out because I had a big carb meal lol.
 
It's not a huge deal, but not ideal. Just get back on track starting tomorrow.
 
Can you still hit protein goals and keep fat low enough to maintain your caloric deficit? If do then don't even sweat it. If not, still don't sweat it, a day won't kill you. Get back on the horse tomorrow, you will be fine

Excellent response. If you weigh yourself, you may be a little heavier due to water/glycogen, but that will go away quick.
