yeah, did you see how ungrateful he was? I bent over backwards just to help him out like he asked and what do I get for it? The love and admiration I deserve? Nay. A simple thank you? Nay. Flex, 3 promos I think would be cool are:

1. Picture of your supplement stash
2. Recipe using Protein Powders
3. Supplement Trivia of some sort.

(Now these are just ideas, I have too many sups for another log right now. I wouldn't be able to keep up.)

I drew jaycuda's name but I put it back because of his last 3 comments lol.
JK, brb, figuring it all out.
I decided I wanted to get 3 tubs out to you guys instead of 2 cuz there were so many good people that deserve this. I typed in MS word, and yes, I went thru all 17 pages and put your name for every single entry you won, which took FOREVER. So these logs better be good!!!
This is how the draw is going to be: I am putting all the newer guys without that many logs on their resume in one hat and drawing two names out.
In the second hat will be the names of you more experienced loggers, only one of you will win a tub. I wish you could all log it but I can't do that!
Gimme a few minutes here while I cut up all the names.......
