Maynard Meek sent me here to do a "log" of a woman taking Powerfull, Cissus, and Camphibolic. I'll be providing pictures as well as soon as i figure out how to use these tools here.

I am suppose to give you my stats. So here I go. PS anyone that has a better way of doing anything. Let me know, I can always adjust.

Height-5'8''
weight- 123
Age- 23

Diet- i eat roughly 1,500cals everyday. Morning everyday consists of 4 egg white/tofu omlet, half a cup of quaker oats

Lunch- usually do not eat a true sit down lunch. I take a pro 32 bar and a green vibrance bar to work with me.

Dinner- Usually is either tuna steak, or chicken with a leafy green salad. Not water letus.


Work out.

I workout usually every Tuesday-Friday. I sometimes run on saturdays. But as of late Sat-Mon have been off. When the summer hits I run every morning and work out and night. The winter ( though I am in FL) Kills me.

Runs- Tuesday 5 miles
Wednesday 2mile run 30min on Jacobs Ladder
Thrusday 7 mile run
Friday 10 mile run

Weights- Tuesday- Back, Shoulders, Abs
Wednesday- Chest, Arms, Abs
Thursday- Legs, butt, Abs
Friday- Over all work. Mostly plyometrics (spelling)


I'll be adding the USP products next monday. When maynard gets them to me. I just wanted to get this started.


I have to get back to work for a little bit. But thats pretty much me.

I don't really don't have any set goals. I am doing this more or less to see how I respond to them. What my routine would be like but adding your supplements.
 
Lauren... you said you are training for a marathon.....just because you dye your hair blonde doesn't mean you cant start acting like one hun!

Very nice contribution, I had always wondered if a female could take powerFull. I was especially interested in my gf taking it because of how well it's improved my quality of sleep/she has issues sleeping through the night. AND I was thinking it might help with her libido (or extreme lack there of) since she's been on birth control.

BTW, she's been on cissus now and hasn't suffered a single headache. >WHich she used to get constantly and the many doctors she's been to had attributed them to a bad car accident that she got into when she was younger. If that's truly the work of the Cissus (and even she's starting to think it is) then all the scripts for different nasty pain killers (THEY where giving her percocet?!) are a thing of the past. Anyway sorry for the personal spatterings and GOOD LUCK :-)

Keep me updated on her condition! truly interesting, There is a customer that was take script pain killers for a fused neck and now uses cissus in its place.
 
Well not to oversimplify things to much but lets put it this way. So far when she takes cissus she hasnt' had a single headache, and this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. I've got about another bottle left that I could spare (well she's going to get half the other half is mine :-) so I'll get back to you. Believe me bro I couldn't be happier so far :-) Now if I can only get my stubborn ass old man to take it, instead of his goddam shotgun style sam-e, fish oil, glucosamine/chondroitin, glutamine, melissa leaf, msm, ect, ect, ect stack.!
 
I'm looking forward to this log. My former manager at work has severe knee problems and asked for my advice. I'm going to have her on a Celadrin, MSM, chondroitin, glucosamine mix ala two procuts from NOW Food. Tried to get her to go with bulk powders, no luck. At least the bucks go to Nutra Planet. She's got some shoulder problems too for which I did recommend Cissus. She wants to see how the knees go first.

I'm a little worried and a little amused that I'm getting a reputation at my job as the local amateur chemist. So far I've recommended a few multivits, random supps and, even though I couldn't stop one guy doing a Dbol cycle, I at least clued him in to PCT and antioxidants and lipid recovery post cycle. He still won't take my advice that he's not eating enough, but there was hope there for while he might listening. Right now he's pissed we left him in a club at 8 in the morning with no way to get home. Not my fault he lost his phone and decided to wander, but he looks at things differently. Hopefully he keeps the PCT going at least. He got home eventually anyway.

Anyone in NYC, Pacha, which is the old Sound Factory, is a great club. I don't like 'em mostly, I hate huge crowds for the most part. However, at Pacha the girls were fucking gorgeous, my usual Jaegermeisters on the rocks were relatively cheap, the E was widely available despite narcs (not my thing but it was there, I just tooted on a bag of coke every now and then) and the music tore through you. Great club experience. Much better than Crow Bar or Posh, though I do have a soft spot in my heart for Crow Bar.

It sucks being snowed in.

Of the coke? Don't do it often enough to really care.

The drinks are merely a matter of efficiency. When buying in the city at 10 bucks a drink average, go for the gold.
