Today I recieved my two kits of hexatropin. I will start dosing tonight right before bed. Does anyone think that dosing in the morning will make much of a difference. I will be eating extremely clean and lifting 4-5 days a week. I will also be taking lean extreme, glucophase, and cee. I also take a multi. I am hoping to gain some new lean mass and maybe lose a small amount of fat. So far all I can report is that the product looks really cool and professionally done. I kinda wish it came in the cool box that was pictured though. Ohh well all I can say is I hope this works as well as it looks.
 
Does anyone think that taking stimulants will effect hexatropin and the way it works. During my morning workouts sometimes I might be taking stims an hour or two after taking the hex.
 
Took my first dose this morning at 7:00 am then slept for a few more hours. Felt a little groggy this morning but nothing out of the ordinary. Will take my second dose tommorow morning sometime.
 
I wouldn't think that stims are going to effect the Hex. If the lethargy gets to you too much, move your dosing back into your sleepy time (like when you get up to piss) or dose before bed.
 
Last night I trained back and had a really good workout but nothing that I would blame on the hexatropin yet. I took my second dose this morning about 2 hours proior to waking. The only thing I have noticed is that I was extremely hungry this morning and I have felt really good today. I will train legs later today and take my second dose tommorow morning. Ill go over my diet tommorow which is pretty consistant.

I take AX`s stim( got a bunch of sample pack back when), sulbutiamine-caffeine at different times with no ill effects.
 
I will be taking my fifth dose tommorow morning. I havn't been posting because I have been really busy. Diet has stayed clean. Nothing really to report yet as it is still really early.

how many kits did you get and are you takin the whole oral syringe dose in the am?
 
I have 2 kits and yes I take the whole dose in the am. I plan on purchasing 2 to 4 more kits but I'm going to wait through at least one to see if I get any effect. I am an extremely broke college student so the only way I am purchasing more is if I see some results. I am currently on my fifth day with nothing to report yet.
 
Ya I knew it would, I am deffinately going to order another one soon so I know it comes in time. I just wish I knew it worked because my money is really tight and I am deffinately trying not to waste. I am doing chest tommorow which will be the 7th day. I dose 4 on, 1 off, 1 on 1 off. I figured it would stay in my system better by doing this. I am also going to dose different every week.
 
Today is day eight and I trained back. I have been keeping my diet really clean letely so I'm hoping I can shed a little more fat. I am still kind of just waiting for the hex to kick in.
 
Day 10- I am starting to experience the lethargy which makes me think that the hex is starting to kick in. I feel a little more pumped lately too. Took the day off lifting and will train arms tommorow. Diet has stayed clean but it seems like I have more cravings than ever.
 
Try keeping your complex carbs high. Oats, brown Rice and WW bread work for me. When I don`t get enough my ass drags. I want to get some lentils,
Exnihilo suggested them a while ago, but haven`t gotten them yet.
 
Day 12, Yesterday I trained arms and had a really good workout. I am feeling really pumped lately. I cheated the other night and I didn't notice any kind of real fat gain. I seem leaner than ever and I am actually starting to gain a little bit of wheight which is really nice too. I ordered two more kits last night so I am up to four months worth. I am just gonna go from there, if I really like it I may continue even longer. I am taking today and tommorow off training but will keep my diet in check and keep my calories moderately low.
 
My diet usually looks something like this... (I will post what I ate yesterday)
Meal one- 3 scoops cytosport whey, 2 pieces of wheat bread
Meal two- Can of tuna, oatmeal
Meal three- Preworkout- 2 bowls whole grain cereal, 3 scoops gf pro, 4 ounces grape juice
Meal four- Post workout- 3 scoops gf pro, 4 ounces grape juice
Meal five- 2 bowls whole grain cereal, 6 oz. Filet mignon, handfull of cashews
Meal six- 8oz NY strip
Meal seven- Small amount of almonds and turkey
I dont drink any soda,milk, or juice except before and after my workouts. I do take calcium supplements though. I dont eat any fried foods or simple carbs except pre and post workout. I keep my diet extremely clean and watch sugar really close except pre and post workout. If ANYONE has any suggestions on my diet please post. thanks -Mike

Thats a lot of GF Pro. Got stock in Ergo:rofl: Looks good to me. I am of the "Eat when I am hungry" school and don`t get into detailed plans just eat clean most of the time. Been dropping a lbs every 2 weeks or so this way. But then this is a hobbie to me anyway.
 
have you noticed any endurence increases?? reduced time needed between recovery or less lactate acid build up during lifts??? (sorry, gota ask. its the runner in me)

thats a dream diet for a bodybuilder in college with little cash. o man i wish i could afford filet and NY strips everyday :jaw:
 
I work in a restraunt so I get the steaks pretty cheap. I wasn't broke during the summer when I could work all the time but going back to school I have to cut back hours big time. I havn't really noticed much of an endurance increase but it's really early.
 
Day 14, Today I trained chest and had a really good workout. I am still feeling pretty pumped which I am enjoying but am still waiting for any other kinds of effects. I know the gh takes a while to give any results so I will be patient. Diet is still clean and had a huge difficulty getting enough calories yesterday after popping 3 stimulant x caps.
 
Day 15- Today I trained back and had another good workout. I really like stimulant x but am going to deffinately take some time off. I feel like it is getting in the way of the hexatropin. I'm not seeing the vascularity or fullness I did 3 days ago. I was seeing it with plain caffiene and ephedrine even dosed at 600mg caf/ 50mg ephedrine. I think it is time to take like 3 months of stimulants to give my body a rest. Diet still clean eating somewhere around 3,000 cals a day and sticking at 180-183 lbs.

Day 16- Today I trained shoulders and did about ten minutes of cardio afterwards. I am going to start doing a little cardio after every workout mostly just to prevent fat gain. I took stimulant x today and will start my break tommorow. Another thing I love about the stimulant x is how easy it is to stay on your diet when you take it. I can barely even look at food even 6 hours after taking it.
I have decided I need to stick to a plan and either lose fat or gain muscle. I change my mind every day of what I want to do. I am going to give it good thought tommorow but right now I am leaning towards trying to get a little leaner so I can fully see my abs. I am the closest to that I have ever been and hopefully after I lose about 6 more pounds they will show. I might post some pics later. I will write out a sample workout and maybe someone will have some advice for me. Tonight I did....

115lbs X 10 reps X 1 set
135lbs X 8-7 reps X 2 sets
Dumbell Shrugs
75's, 85's, and 95's as many times as I can, 2 sets each. I superset these with rear delt bent over raises (I dont know what to call them)

Thats my workout for shoulders, I always change it up but usually try to go heavy on at least the first 2 moves.
 
Day 22 update- I have been really busy with school and work but still managed to get to the gym frequently. I cheated a bunch on saturday and sunday and noticed a bit of a fat increase. (I ate really really bad) It is more that I just look soft and full of water. I am losing it quick though after yesterday's chest workout and tonight's back workout. I am going to stay really strict on my diet for at least 3 or 4 weeks. I feel like the huge cheat weekend probally blurred the effects of the hexatropin but once I get back on track I hope to see the full effects. I have been feeling some extreme lethargy lately. Tonight I will train back and keep my diet clean.
 
Day 25- Today is day 25 on the hexatropin. I recieved two more kits in the mail today I now have 3 full kits and I believe like 2 syringes left. I hear everyone complain about shipping times so I ordered early. My stuff came pretty quick though. I cheated last night on my diet which is starting to really become a problem for me. I have a hard time staying on my diet and not over eating when I don't take any stimulants. I never used to have a problem with this. I actually stayed on a diet and didnt cheat for like two and a half months recently. I just need to stick to it for a couple weeks and it isnt so bad. I don't look to bad in the mirror today and I am starting to think the hexatropin is helping to not gain a ton of fat when I do cheat. From today on I am going to really take this diet serious and up my training especially in the cardio,abs, and legs department. I am not training my legs like I should either. The past few days I have been flexing a little bit more in the mirror and am noticing if I really squeeze I can see veins all over my chest and shoulders. It really amazed me because I have never been able to see any veins past my biceps. I am going to train shoulders and arms together tonight. I am really sun burnt from going tanning so I am thinking it is gonna hurt to do most stuff. Well I hope I can make today the day I turned my diet around again.
 
Day 31, I havn't been updating every day because this log is going to run for four months. I am just gonna kinda track my progress every 2 to 3 days unless something out of the ordinary happens. I have kept my diet clean for a while and am starting to see my abs again. I feel like when I was cheating I wasn't really gaining much fat compared to how I would off the hexatropin. I trained legs tonight and had a good workout. I did a ton of sets on squats, leg press, leg extensions, and a couple different kinds of hamstring curls. I am gonna take a week off training upper body this week because I havnt taken a break in probally 8 months. A few days ago during my chest workout I noticed I was looking really vascular(actually it was like nothing I have ever seen on myself before) all over my shoulders and chest especially. I deffinately think the hexatropin is doing it because no matter how lean I get I havnt seen veins like I have been lately. My strength is staying about the same but I have been kicking up my protein intake and I think the week off will deffinately help me heal up and start growing again. I might add in some white blood just to see how vascular I can get.
 
Today is day 46 on the hexatropin and my wheight is around 182 lbs. I can't really judge the hexatropin too much because last weekend I cheated all weekend for my birthday. I have been clean since sunday and it is friday. I think it was a good thing though because I have had insane cravings lately. I needed to get that out of my system and this week I feel great. I havn't thought about junk all week and plan to stay clean for at least 2 or 3 weeks. I lost a little strength because I ate like **** and took like two weeks off training which was very needed. This week I hit the gym every day moday-chest, tuesday-back, wednesday-legs, thursday-shoulders, friday-arms. I have been eating tons of protein and I am really focusing on getting a lot of red meat. I have eaten at least 2 steaks or ground sirloin burgers every day. Thursday I ate three steaks and friday night which is tonight I plan to eat 2 more which will make 4 total for the day. I get most of my fat from the steaks and if I dont I eat alomonds. I keep my diet extremely clean and simple. I don't eat any empty calories, sugars, or refined carbs. The only time I take in more than 5-10 grams of sugar is pre and post workout where I only take like 25 grams. The other supplements I have been taking have also changed. I now take fenotest alongside the hexatropin and will soon add glucophase back into the mix. In about 3 weeks I will take lean extreme again too. I always take a multi and sometimes supplement with zinc. Three days a week I use stimulant x pre workout. I take CEE post and sometimes pre workout. I know it sounds like a lot and probally a little over kill but I find taking supplements give me motivation to stay on my diet. I am thinking of doing a var cycle down the road a lot lately too so I think these supps will keep me occupied and away from the sauce. I am mature enough, old enough, and my diet in training are both in check but I just dont trust any sources yet. I know I may sound like I rely on supplements but I know that diet, training, and sleep are all the most important things. I rarely drink ( I did last weekend for my birthday and on new years). I am not knocking those who do, I just dont feel like you can imporve week to week while drinking. I also have a great girlfriend who I can spend time with instead of partying. I think I might post some pics at the end of my cycle. For those of you who read this whole log and have made your way down here, first off thank you very much, second off do you guys think that 4 months is too long of a cycle? Is there a chance for my natural levels to suffer later? Thanks and if anybody has any questions please post.
 
2 more kits just came this morning! Which means I will be running it for 4 months at least. Ordered Monday got it Sat!
 
Day 47, I busted out the double dose this morning. I thought I might be a little more pumped but my muscles just felt really weird all night at work. Diet has stayed good and the weekends are tough so hopefully I can stay clean. I sound like a recovering crack head in that last line.
 
You Ok? I can`t say what it will do to your levels I don`t know. For me at 43 it is helping me big time.

Just letting you know that I will be running it for 4 months also. And agreeing that the order came fast not like around X-mas.
 
Today is day 52 and I am going to train shoulders. I am still around 179lbs. I have decided to drop the stims all together. I didnt take any last night before training legs and I felt pretty good during my workout. I think that I need a good month of the stims. I should start packing on a few pounds now that they are gone. I ordered some symmetry and will be taking that soon. I Have been double dosing lately one dose at night then one in the morning. I havnt really noticed as much as I thought I would for being on day 52 so I am gonna double dose and see if I see anything else. My diet has been great so if things don't turn around I don't think I'm gonna buy two more kits or take the oratropin in the future. Its kinda dissapointing when you spend almost 500 for a few minor pumps. I know I shouldnt get so discouraged because I still have like 1 and a half kits left. Hopefully if I keep my diet the way it has been the past couple of weeks I can really notice the hexatropin.

have been poking my head in from time to time - sorry not to have posted before this.

I saw you were going to take a week off, but I couldn't find where you reported back on that - maybe a brief de-conditioning interval?

Stims are a real two-edged sword: you're wise to step away for a few months.

Double-dosing the hex - I dunno 'bout this - not saying it's bad, but you're young enough that you ought to have healthy levels of GH release anyway, without the GHRP. Still, I don't think you can expect much in the way of pumps off this: it's not like anabolics or volumisers - I get a good pump if I've good energy going into my workout, and if I give it a good effort; the thing w/ the GHRPs is it's helped me re-establish good energy levels (among other things), and it's grown back a lot of missing hair. I expect, over time, to see the results of hyperplasia - but none of that makes me feel like a god OR a monster, so I don't let myself get distracted by sensations.

I guess what I'm saying is, keep your focus, and remember why you decided to do this; and don't let yourself be discouraged or distracted by feelings or sensations that you do or don't experience on the way.

Work hard, keep breathing, stay focussed, take care of yourself.

Thanks for the posts guys, I went and did shoulders tonight and had a really good workout. I got the 95's on shoulder press pretty easy compared to last week. I am gonna double dose like twice a week and regular morning dose the other 3 days. I am doing good with my diet and the cravings are gone thanks to that long cheat on my birthday. Now that I am back on track I am gonna move forward with or without hexatropin. I think now that I have my diet in check I will see the results its really producing. Tommorow I am gonna train arms and go out for filet and salmon for dinner. Then Saturday night I will probally get a NY strip or something at work. When I eat good steaks it keeps me from thinking about junk because saturday night is the hardest night of the week for me when it comes to cheating. I am not going to cheat this weekend but probally the next just on saturday night. Later and thanks for posting guys.
 
Day 53- Did a double dose yesterday and woke up too late to double dose today, but I am going to dose tonight. I just kinda dose on feel now but I still have a paper with every date since I started and what time I took at. I have been using the buccal(forgot how to spell it) method where you put the hex in cheek and by your gums where you would dip at. I feel kinda weird right after I take it like my whole body is tingly and it happens every time I take it like that. I have been using that method since like day 5. I trained arms today and had an awsome workout. I took 300mg of caffiene because I stayed up way too late last night. I was still super pumped though and my strength was still increasing it seemed like. I got 225 on close grips for 12 easy smooth reps when last week it seemed like 9 was tough. I went up to 275 and got 6 good reps and 1 with a little help. I curled the 45's and lot easier and the 50's didn't even seem bad today. When its really nice out it helps my workouts and overall mood. Im back on track its friday night I am not gonna drink or eat anything bad. Its 10:00 and I already got 360 grams of protein and I am an owl ( I will be up until 3:00 am and eat until about 2:00). Tonight I went out to eat at longhorn and got filet and salmon, 2 sides of broccoli with no butter, no salad, no potatoe, good amount of the wheat rolls they serve with no butter. I saved my filet for later tonight ate my salmon like 5 of my girlfriends grilled shrimp, almost all of my moms filet(she had shrimp too), and a decent piece of my brothers sirloin. I kinda felt like a pig but everybody is offering me their food and **** I cant turn down good food like that. It was kind of a late celebration for my birhtday too. Well tommorow I wont be training and usually saturday is my cheat day( no alcohol just junk food) but I am gonna try to go 2 weeks with nothing. I am pretty damn sure I am gonna do it. Does anyone have an opinion on beneficial once a week cheats. I get leaner week by week if I only cheat once but I really wanna get in the low bf%'s ( maybe 8ish). I have no idea what I am but I'm pretty lean ( can see top 4 abs now when I flex). Well thanks for reading guys I know my log is long and filled with useless junk but I hope it is helpful to someone wondering about hexatropin.

Definitely don't get discouraged from the Tropins. Peptide hormones are an interesting group. One of the biggest mistakes people make is mistaking them with the type of gains you see from say a cholesterol-derived hormone such as test. or tren, etc. You shouldn't expect to see extremely large gains from peptides but instead you should look to the future with them. A lot of the gains made by growth factors can be seen down the road. Increased hyperplasia has been noted with peptide hormones, but newly grown muscle cells take time to mature (through hypertrophy) and often people gripe about it before they give it time. As with hGH itself, you shouldn't expect to see immediate gains. Instead you should be looking at better quality of sleep, increased recovery time, increased hunger, and the previously mentioned hyperplasia.
