A side effect of SD is a raise in BP, so that could be a reason you may be getting them... Taking hawthorn berry could help you with that

My cycle support has 500mg per serving. I'm getting about 1000mg am and 500mg pm. 1500mg total sound good? I might have to drop down to 10mg of SD if this keeps up...

I used 2000 mg with just hdrol and got headaches the last few weeks I am sure you can dose it much higher by getting some caps with just hawthorn berry it's pretty cheap at walmart. are you talking unbearable headaches or just slight annoyance?

IMO you should check your BP. If your BP is too high bump your HB up to 3g or so a day. Many take 4-6 caps of the NOW Hawthorn Berry which is 550mg per cap. I personally take 6 to pre load. Then I will take around 3-4 on cycle as my cycle support has some in it.

It's isn't unbearable but it ****ing sucks for sure. I checked cvs but they don't have Hawthorne berry. Might have to check out Target or GNC (I hate that place).

Check out vitamin shoppe if that's in your area they would prob have it way better than GNC prices too

Nolva and post cycle are going to boost my test during pct. Then instead of going cold turkey off of boosters, I'm going to switch to the DAA. Make sense? It makes sense in my head lol. I'm open to any better suggestions
 
Felt like a beast in the gym today. went up another 20lbs on my bench for a set of 8.

I am getting a little paranoid about gyno. A couple times i have had itchy sensitive nipples (I think, might be paranoia). I felt behind my nipple and it KINDA feels like a little pea back there. I have had puffy nipples since I was a kid so thats not going to tell me anything. Basically Im asking, will I KNOW when I have gyno or could it get by unnoticed? I do have a reputation of overreacting haha

^ my nipples got really itchy at the beginning of my hdrol run but I kept a level head but nothing happened. Give it a day or two obv u are on SD not HD so its more of an issue with SD but it is prob very mental IMO

Thanks man. This puts my mind to rest a bit. I will just wait and if they get very sore or itchy or I find myself shopping for bras THEN I will start to worry. lol.

Don't think about um, or touch um. Apparently, we can self induce lactation if we do that too much...

I had a friend that could lactate on command... he said all you needed to do was touch um enough.... so keep the mind and hands off um!

Hehe, I thought so too. This was in high school though so many he had some really bad hormone imbalance. Dude was lean though.

Very strange lol. I guess it is possible. I have heard (which I am pretty sure is true) that excessively touching/rubbing your nipples as a male will raise your prolactin (which of course doesn't mean you will lactate). So that is also a good reason not to touch them.

dude your up 70lbs on your bench now, how much weight are we talking about total?

Not a lot! 245 for sets of 8. I am coming back from a shoulder injury that has been keeping me down for years, so to me its a big deal.

did you have surgery, what changed since the years its kept you down?

so you were repping 185ish 8 times and that was all you could do, and now your doing 245 sets of 8? 70lb increase for a max, 1 rep, is great gains, 70lb increase for sets of 8 IMO is not even possible. no offense just people read these logs and i think your a little inconsistant right now

It is likely I wasn't lifting to my full potential until the beast gave me my confidence back. I've be scared ****less of getting hurt again. Inconsistent? Think what you want, but I feel good about the weight I'm putting up. I would never even attempt a 1 rep max. Not worth the risk in my case.
 
my point is that your not up 70lbs in your bench from strength increase from SD, so dont advertise it. if your more confident then great, and i feel you on the 1 rep max. i was not recommending you try it, i dont even lift barbell bench anymore because of my shoulder. db's is much more safe. your starting weights were inconsistant to the actual weight you could lift and i was trying to get clearification on what the deal was. for your log i thought it would be important to state this, since inexperianced users would be wondering where their 70lb increase in bench was after a week and a half. otherwise im enjoying your log, just here to support you, not bring ya down.

I think this last week will be all low weight, high rep. Gotta save my joints! My "gyno" symptoms have cleared up after a couple doses of nolva. Might run 10mg ed till pct just to be safe.

if got the same symtoms before, slightly ichy and hard all the time. 10mg a day took care of it in 3 days and i was good for a week after just so you know. watch that elbow too, are you sure its not part of your tricep? there was a good article from the newsletter the other day about tenis elbow, and the difference between inside and outside pain. maybe something you should look into.

I was also surprised how fast the nolva kicked in! Hopefully I have no more problems in my last week. Did some reading about the elbow and it is tennis. Been keeping the swelling down and crunching glucosamine like candy. Should be ok if I stick with the light weight as planned.
 
How is your cutting cycle going srt4?

fairly well, honestly i dont think i been this cut since jr high, and im not even that cut. its slow but im making progress, its hard not to eat on SD thats for sure. my diet has been struggling. just day by day right now figuring out what works for my first cut. definitely have to eat at the gym or half way through i feel like falling asleep at the bench lol. thanks for asking

This is so very true!! My first cycle, I tore my tendon in each arm.. 4mm partial tear. I was already pushing too hard on bicep curls for my size, but the extra workload I added while on cycle really did the damage. I needed cortisone shots in both arms ( was struggling to pour a jug of milk ).
I'm still dealing with this.. I can only do pushing exercises, NO pulling exercises, and for the time cannot lift heavy..which sucks and really limits workouts

All the best with your cycle, your gains are awesome.... Just beware of injury, cause the setback in training is very frustrating.

Only one more workout day on cycle! Sunday will be my last day and pct will begin Monday. Going to switch up routines also. My joints can't handle the full body I'm doing.

Agreed. But your math is off. 70lbs would be 175x8 to 245x8... which 1 Rep Max calculated is about 220lbs to 310lbs... 90lb increase in less than 2 weeks... maybe if you hadn't lifted for a year and jumped on sd... even then, his dose is low... 90lbs is still absurd. I just finished 20/20/20/30 beast with sick gains... but to me, this is false advertisement.

Not trying to beat you up over it though. Still a great log. But want to verify for others looking to try sd... don't be disappointed when you don't put 90lbs on your bench in 2 weeks.
