It's isn't unbearable but it ****ing sucks for sure. I checked cvs but they don't have Hawthorne berry. Might have to check out Target or GNC (I hate that place).
Pct will be nolva 40/20/20/10. Post cycle 2 caps am and 2 caps pm. And 3g Daa starting the last week of pct and continuing for .... Idk 6-7 weeks

I was always a fatter kid and had the moobs. But as I got leaner they kinda went away. Anyway, back to gyno paranoia, I had paranoia when I ran Hdrol. During PCT nothing happened. I didnt' get any rebound, nothign happened on cycle. etc. I REALLY thought I could be getting it. I wanted to stop my run.. but in the end nothign happened haha. So don't worry too much. Unless you see it growing.. then start to worry...
Thanks man. This puts my mind to rest a bit. I will just wait and if they get very sore or itchy or I find myself shopping for bras THEN I will start to worry. lol.
Don't think about um, or touch um. Apparently, we can self induce lactation if we do that too much...
I had a friend that could lactate on command... he said all you needed to do was touch um enough.... so keep the mind and hands off um!

Not a lot! 245 for sets of 8. I am coming back from a shoulder injury that has been keeping me down for years, so to me its a big deal.

so you were repping 185ish 8 times and that was all you could do, and now your doing 245 sets of 8? 70lb increase for a max, 1 rep, is great gains, 70lb increase for sets of 8 IMO is not even possible. no offense just people read these logs and i think your a little inconsistant right now

Feeling pretty good. One more week then pct. Lethargy is pretty bad today but I've got stims on hand. Little bit of tennis elbow from the heavy concentration curls I've been doing. I think this last week will be all low weight, high rep. Gotta save my joints! My "gyno" symptoms have cleared up after a couple doses of nolva. Might run 10mg ed till pct just to be safe.

This is so very true!! My first cycle, I tore my tendon in each arm.. 4mm partial tear. I was already pushing too hard on bicep curls for my size, but the extra workload I added while on cycle really did the damage. I needed cortisone shots in both arms ( was struggling to pour a jug of milk ).
I'm still dealing with this.. I can only do pushing exercises, NO pulling exercises, and for the time cannot lift heavy..which sucks and really limits workouts
All the best with your cycle, your gains are awesome.... Just beware of injury, cause the setback in training is very frustrating.

so you were repping 185ish 8 times and that was all you could do, and now your doing 245 sets of 8? 70lb increase for a max, 1 rep, is great gains, 70lb increase for sets of 8 IMO is not even possible. no offense just people read these logs and i think your a little inconsistant right now
