Here we go... (SD cycle)

Getting everything for my first Superdrol cycle.

Going to look something like this.

Beastdrol 10/10/10 (thinking of just 10mg but might up it to 20 for weeks 2&3)
EPA 120mg ED
DHA 80mg ED
Vit C 1000mg ED
Glucosamine/MSM 1500mg ED
DHEA ?
Milk thistle ?
Hawthorn Berry ?
RYR ?
I will run all of the above for the entire cycle and pct.
PCT will be either Clomid or Nolva. Have not decided.

Please help me fill in the gaps. PCT recommendations are greatly appreciated. I am leaning more towards Nolva but keep reading about it causing rebound gyno. Also dont think I want to run an AI (again with the rebound gyno)
 
take 500mg c with each meal.... and 6g fish oil/day ... no need for more unless you dont eat any fish

Anyone know about the use of nolva and erase together? I heard the nolva+AI combo can cause the rebound gyno. I want to cover all my bases but don't really want a new set of tits....

when i run sd/dzine i make sure to have letro/caber/nolva/clomid all on hand....

make sure you have all that in case the gyno starts.... everyone will tell you sd doesnt cause progesterone issues, but then everone gets gyno and lactates
 
I def won't start until I have some nolva in my hand. I'm guessing you recommend having clomid and the other two also. I've seen some ok deals on SERMs and such at the usual places, but nothing amazing. A PM is greatly appreciated if anyone knows of some GREAT buys.
 
Found a good little read on google. Might borrow the PCT from the sample cycle.

as far as the fish oil goes, i think he means 6g in all. So that would net you about 6x your dosing of EPA and DHA. Not 6gs of both chains.

if you use oral DHEA make sure to use an AI along with it, for me it just turns into estrogen otherwise. Add 1000mg vit C 4x ED in pct for cortisol control.

Yeah. I was thinking of using the dhea to combat lethargy, but I think I'd rather try a redbull first. We will see how I handle it.
 
I've read that RYR depeletes the heart of CoQ10, so you might want to read up/research that too if you want and throw it in as well. RYR at 1200 mg along with 60 mg CoQ10 through out cycle. Also, many of the logs I've been reading up on supplement Taurine for the prevention or aid with back pumps while on sd. 3-5g about 30 minutes pre workout along with A LOT of water. Have you considered Dermacrine/transaderm as your dhea base? It is supposed to help with lethargy while on cycle. Or you could use some good ol' caffeine if bp isn't a concern with you. And one more, I've read that taking your orals with grapefruit juice greatly increases the absorption of the ph, at least a cups worth. Maybe up your vit c as well, I take that much daily. Many, NOT ALL, but a good amount of logs guys catch a "sickness" while on cycle, some call it the sd flu, ha ha! I can't remember what people were loading up with the hawthorn berry so maybe somebody else could help. Hope that helps, and have fun!

Just found out that my cycle support has grapeseed extract instead of ryr. I'm not sure how they compare so I will have to do some reading. As for SD flu, I'm just going to take that as it comes. If I can handle swine flu I think I will be ok haha
 
OK! Day one! Unfortunately I didnt get much sleep last night so I was tired as hell when I started working out tonight. I do feel great right now though. Placebo? most likely. Took my SD an hour before working out with 3g of fish oil.The only thing I noticed is some heartburn (not normal for me). Other than that, gtg.
 
Strength seems to be up a bit. Appetite is getting up there too. Had to hit up the tums last night for the heartburn.

Thinking of switching up my PCT. Thinking nolva 40/20/20/10 and adding a bottle of post cycle by AI. 2 caps am and 2 caps pm. Then maybe start DAA the last week of pct and continue for 3 weeks after.
 
Up 50lbs on my bench and 90lbs on my squat. Felt ****ing GREAT in the gym today. Had some lethargy yesterday but an energy drink cleared it up. Feeling pretty good about the end of week one.

First Sdrol run eh? Gains looking GREAT! hehee. Keep the lethargy down with the stims but dont forget to keep an eye on the BP.

Been watching the bp. It's good so far. Think I'm going to bump up to 20mg next week. We will see how I feel on Tuesday.

Hey just be careful if u Increase weight to fast your joints and tendons can get damaged, just maybe do more reps for a week at least before u go uping your bench by over 50 lbs. Those are big numbers, even for SD, just saying lol. Be safe man ...
 
Good job on the weight increase, and yea dont go up too much in weight. The tendons unfortunately DONT get the increased endurance and nutrient uptake as the muscles do "on"... ;)
 
I was very surprised by the strength increase. I can't wait to see what week two has for me. I'm not going to let my numbers get too high but if I feel comfortable I'm going to put it up.

please take are advice on "too much weight" seriously. tendinitis is ****ty to have on or off cycle. you might not even feel it the day your lifting, but you can do damage and 3 days later something starts to bug you. well by then its already too late, just saying. your a big boy but when you get injuried youll look back and say damn putting up those numbers to make myself feel good was a dumb idea, now i cant lift **** for the next 3 months. think about it, numbers arent everything!!!
 
I am keeping between 8-12 reps. The lowest I will let myself go is 6. Thank you for keeping me in check. My ego says "lift big or don't lift at all". Its good to hear some healthy advice that isn't "lift more newb" haha

How do you react to it? Do you notice a pronounce glycogen storage effect at the dosing time?

You could just time it with your two heaviest carb meals.

What would the signs of glycogen storage be? I have felt great except for a bit of lethargy.

Hmm. Have you noticed anything? If not, I guess upping the dose would be okay. Take it around workouts if you can handle it. And if not just dose it spread out through the day.

Just increase in size and weight.
So try 20mg pre and see how I handle it? I can do that.

When you are eating food do you feel like its almost pumping straight into you muscles? Psychologically?(Only its not psychological of such lol


You want to try to notice this mate as its an awesome aspect of SD.
 
50 lbs on your bench in a week? Jesus! So what are you going to go with for the PCT? I'm considering running Beastdrol sometime this year.

Pct will be nolva 40/20/20/10. Post cycle 2 caps am and 2 caps pm. And 3g Daa starting the last week of pct and continuing for .... Idk 6-7 weeks
 
Took 20mgs about an hour pre WO today. Felt good except at the end of my WO I got some wicked back/calf pumps. Think I will start taking 10mg in the am with breakfast and the other 10 either 1 hour preWO or in the afternoon (off days).

Anyone have feedback on my new pct?
 
I am trying to avoid AI because it will increase my risk of rebound gyno. Or so I have read..

how would it increase rebound? AI with daa will reduce increase in estrogen with the increase in test that daa brings. Plus you can taper the AI and come off slowly that way it should be able to help prevent estro rebound not cause it

Running an AI during pct will suppress estrogen while your test rises. Once you stop the AI your estrogen will spike as your body attempts to stabilize. Result, increased chance of rebound gyno. This might be different though if I run the DAA and AI after pct. I would still like to avoid the AI. To be honest I just don't feel like buying one haha

I am just saying add it with DAA. At that point you will already be at week 4. tapering the AI reduces any "spike". I am not saying that you need it only that DAA with increase both estrogen and test and you are basically running it after your true pct is over. I am sure someone else will chime in on this issue lol just a suggestion.
 
Erase claims to be non suppressive, and controls estrogen and cortisol. Personally I'd take an AI just be to be on the safe side. I've never heard of gyno due to an AI. But if money is an issue it's probably the safest thing to drop.
