wintergreen alcohol and Epsom!
I wish I had some alcohol for my tub. What is it, wintergreen rubbing alcohol? Dump the whole bottle in there?
So you let it add to the epsom water as you stand in it so you can soak in it also or stand in empty tub and let it drain before filling the Epsom bath?
I figure I'll let it go down the drain.

No but I read something on here that 2 tbsp of vinegar (like apple cider vinegar) clears blood sugar like a low dose of insulin in human studies. Like 20% more in human studies than placebo, and timing is fairly irrelevant. Just take it a couple times in the day w your starchier meals. In addition to cinnamon, the ALA, agmatine, etc. stack her right in.
Been playing w it last 3-4 wks and I get so much hungrier when I use it so I'm inclined to believe it.
Duffin's recommendation for last fluid intake is 2 light beers. Screw your 32oz water!
After three hours of sweating, I'm at 222.5. That was all I could put myself through. In five hours I wake up for two more rounds of sweating, then it's off to the weigh in. Two hour drive, plenty of time to spit off some weight. Then we feast.
Where is your meet and what time?

Stepped on the scale at 9:30. 100.4 kilos. Drove 5 min to a sauna, chilled in there for a half hour, kept it very dry. Used my boat operator's license to swipe the sweat off of me so I wouldn't cool off and continued to break a sweat. Half hour in there and back to weigh ins at 10:30. 100 kilos on the money. Didn't wanna sweat this time I guess.
Drank a liter of pedialyte with a scoop of Gatorade powder in there, at a pancake breakfast at cracker barrel. Couldn't stop sweating. Ate half a jar of pickles, juice included. Not sure what I weigh now, will step on the meet scale tomorrow AM. Hoping for 241.
