I missed when you signed up for strongman, I'm jealous, sounds like a fun meet and you did pretty decent.

I feel like it's far more rewarding too, but I still enjoy both. Watching people compete is giving me the itch.It is, but it is far, FAR more punishing than PL! And there's an element of mental fortitude. Like, there's a vast difference between a six to eight second grinder in powerlifting and a max reps or max distance event in strongman.

my quads never really get sore, its always my hams and glutes.. quads could be painfully pumped but the next day no DOMs there at all. i think for me its strength imbalance, aka need more @ss.
