Good dude from my neck of the woods, totaled 2011 at RUM. Also talked to Mark Rippetoe for a minute. He was funny, far more interested in the women, no respect for equipped powerlifting or the judging of equipped powerlifting.

I felt the same way Saturday Herder. On another note; it seems like me and you are similar in regards to CG and regular bench, there's not a huge deviation between the two. Maybe it's common, but I thought the additional ROM would reduce poundage more.

Sounds potentially coolI didn't invent this or anything, but incase people here don't know, you can fill up a bunch of styrofoam with water, freeze them, and they peel back layers to use straight ice without numbing the hand that is doing the motions to ice an area.

Nice, so you just screw your feet in to create the torque? I have reps where I'm like got damn that felt perfect, then others I can't quite find it. I'll be more cognitive of that.
