Rep squats are such a love/hate. Nothing more satisfying to my desire to be badass than heavy squats for reps. At the same time, they hurt so damn much. Especially today. You guys have seen my squat videos, usually my PR attempts are pretty shallow. Today I made sure to bury them all, which made lunging so painful. I'm thrashed.
Farmer's were two barbells with 35s no collars. Very tough. The tubes will be easier than that, so I'm much more confident about 180 per hand. If the session seems short, trust me that was all I had.
