hemp vs sesame seed oil

Why not use hemp oil over sesame seed oil insted for orals?

Wouldn't that be better for the lymphatic system?
 
Yup. Hemp oil has the most balanced Omega's out of all of them. It doesn't taste too well though.

Oops....wrong subject. But Hemp oil is good for other purposes.
 
So i guess hemp oil is better then flax oil also? I am thinking a good combo would be some hemp oil and borage oil..
