Hemovol Log by Distilled Water

Something to note. A guy from the day shift at work asked me "how much bigger have you gotten since you've been here' like 10lbs or so?"

Made me feel pretty good. I've been here for just over 2 months, so even if my weight is only up a few lbs, I guess I look bigger so can't complain too much. Should probably remember to take measurements..... :-(
 
All carb'd up and ready to hit chest. Since when did girl scout cookies hit the $4 a box mark!

I bought two boxes yesterday, guess I'm getting old I swear the last time I bought them they were $2? Maybe I'm wrong but either way I housed a box of Carmel de lites yesterday evening.

yeah I know what you mean man.... but the bad part is no matter how much they are i can never resist.

Great pump today! I'm down 2lbs from last week, but I'm pretty sure that's just from going low carbs all week. Not too worried but I'd love to hit the 225 mark by May 7.

Had a solid leg session yesterday. I got to take Hemovol in a normal fashion yesterday, breakfast hour later Hemovol then workout etc. my legs had a huge pump and are super sore today.

I did however have some pain & tightness in the back of my right knee when I was squatting sink nixed it. Nothing else bothered t though, not good

Good grief my hammys are sooooore today & my calfs. It's good though, I need those suckers to grow. Weight is back to normal today also.

I'm about out of my Hemovol, took 5 caps and killed chest today. I think I only have 1 or 2 workouts left with it.

Man woke up today and feel like absolute crap. I can't remember the last time I've felt this sick. It's out of no where too. Felt fine for most of the night last night.

Unless this is some food poisoning and passes soon, doubt I'll be lifting tomorrow. I only have 1 day left o Hemovol, I'll post a review this weekend.
 
Final Review:

My bottle of Hemovol is finally gone. I ran an entire bottle of iForce Hemovol tabs. I experimented with a few different dosing methods since I train in a faster state. Here's what I found worked best.....
-5 tabs about 45min preworkout with at least 20oz water
-roughly 15min preworkout start drinking my protein/carb drink with 32oz water
-drink the rest of the drink during with water

This gave me a huge pump, 10 was bigger but not I don't feel was worth the 2nd dose in a cost to reward ratio

The draw back of the tabs is, I feel, they take longer to kick in. I tried regular dosing after food and it didn't seem to kick in when I needed it. They are easier to transport but with the water needed to get the most, I feel powder would probably be the best route.

Back to the bones of this supp. I was suspect of the ingredient profile, however when paired with the right things (water, salt, carbs) I feel this is a solid supplement. Best "pump" I've tried. I've taken LG Anadraulic Pump (Hemovol is MUCH better) CL glycergrow (solid supp but some GI issues) and home made pump mixes

Hemovol was the best of the group. I had my doubts earlier on but that's before I really figured out how to use Hemovol. This pared with FST helped my back grow, I have new stretch marks in my lower arm pit lat area. I added about 2lbs with no waist gain.

I would like to give the powder a try, the tabs, for me, just take to long to kick in. They work but with training fasted, I need it to kick in ASAP. iForce continues to impress me with their supplement line

New stretch marks = winning in this sport! Glad you found your sweet spot with the dosing. The first time I used hemavol I tried it like 6 different ways before I found the best dosing protocol for me.

Hemavol remains the king of the prefect pump!! I hope you get a chance to try the powder.
