Yeah you can get 25lbs of whey for about $160 and that's just over a months worth at 10 scoops a day. Way cheaper than food, now a days any way.

Simple because you don't really have anything to do but put some water in a cup and shake away lol. The hunger is what would get me
 
I sometimes buy in bulk and save 50% but that takes a lot of effort to cut up into steaks

Yeah, in college me and my roommates did that with Sam's club once, we got 50lbs of sirloin? Man, cutting that into 8oz slabs and separating felt like it took forever.

It cut about $1/lb off the price which was nice but took up all the room in our freezer lol

]To help with the pump, i had a bowl of frosted flakes with my nightly protein shake. I took 200mg of R-ALA a few minutes before the meal. Depending on how my workout goes tomorrow I will probably add this to my last meal of the day, but sub the cereal for 1/2 cup of oatmeal with honey.

The MG powdered muscle hasn't shipped yet, at least I don't think. Just got an email saying they had my order and my account was charged.

Well, my gym is awful for training hammies on a Wednesday morning. Little old ladies galore using the leg curl machines! Really messed with my flow, I didn't get to do my set routine but made due.

damn blue haired ladies always kill my flow too. the truely dedicated arent in metroflexes they are the guys battling it out with the chubbies and rehabs get in our way daily!!

Exactly! Lol, and you cant be mean to them! Now old guys that are dicks, I have no problem telling them what's up, I got a soft spot for the ladies

On a side note, I don't know how much I'm liking this FST-7 stuff, Hemovol is growing but as for the training. Meh, I think I'm addictided to the DC lifestlye

I tried doing rack deads but the placement at my gym is too low. That paired with the GI issues is a recipe for disaster with deads.

Next week I will start doing full deads from the floor, so long there's no GI issues.
 
Odd I've never heard of GI issues from Hemavol. Might be unrelated... Hope it passes!!

Haha ahhh you'z guy'z....

Today is an off day. My backs super sore, doesn't really happen unless I'm doing DC training. Lower carbs today, I had a lot with breakfast and I'll have a decent amount with dinner and the the oats & honey before bed per usual.

I won't be training Friday or Saturday, I'm going on a mini vacation, 3 days total. Should be great, get away and enjoy myself after working these 50+hour weeks!
 
Interesting night so far at work. Earlier today a fellow employee asked me about protein & if it would help him lose weight (he's 20 about 5'7"; 170ish) in pretty bad shape overall. I explained how it would "IF" blah blah blah. He finished up with, "oh ok I just don't want take it and be all big & bulky like you after I start. I'm not into the bodybuilder look" Um, yeah terd this just happened after one tub of protein.

Well later on, we're on dinner break and I was joking with another co-worker that if I did did a show, would he bring his sister? That same co-worker that asked me about the protein said 'uh, do you even workout enough to do that?'

im dieting for my first show and my boss says, "i Cant imagine you losing anymore weight...."
I told her im not trying to lose WEIGHT, i need to lose FAT....

everyday that chic has a burger and fries from Carls Jr and i have to deal with the smell.
Today we have a pizza party for doing so well lately and guess what, I gurantee everyone will tell me that ONE PIECE wont hurt, no one understands anything......

sheesh, lets make a bodybuilder island and all move there!

My same guy also told me the other day I shouldn't eat so many almonds (I eat 1/4 cup on 2 of our breaks) bc it could be bad for me, something about vitamin E overdose? He eats fat food at least 3 nights a week for dinner.

Like you, should be really interesting to eat him and others when I start dieting 100%

I don't know the last time I had checked my arm measurements. Only reason I did the other day was a younger kid at my gym asked me what I did for arms mine were "yoked". I don't personally think they're that big but I guess 18" isn't bad.

I'm taking the next few days off. I'm going into work early (4hrs each day for 14hr totals) normally I wouldn't but making double time sounds good right now. Since I won't be training at all, I will be laying off the carbs big time. I'll eat some for breakfast and dinner (~100gr total for the day)

Should give me some time to rest up after the rock star weekend I had, which i surprising ate extremely well (minus beer and liquor) lol
