Hey guys!

I've read up on ArA and you all seem to collectively say it's the best natty supplement, besides staples like creatine and whey.

I was looking into X-Factor and X-gels, and came across a product called Hemodraulix by Axis Labs. It's marketed as a pump product, but contains an undisclosed amount of ArA. My assumption is that it's not the recommended dose that's in X-Factor or X-Gels, and I heard almost all pump products are worthless. If anyone knows the amount in it, or knows if it works as well as X-Factor, please let me know. Also, Animal Test claims to have some in there, but since I'm only almost 19, I feel a test booster is almost worthless as well.

Thanks guys!

I doubt either contain amounts close to what is recommended. I used to know the ArA for Hemo but that was almost 1.5 years ago so it's changed by now.

I'm not sure how much is in Animal Test, but if it's in a pill form and not a gel cap, you can count on it being severely underdosed. Also, if you were to buy Animal Test strictly for the ArA content, you'd sink a lot of money in just to have enough for 50 days. From what I've seen, Animal Test runs around ~$50 for 21 days. For a 50 day cycle, you would be spending about $125 on likely underdosed ArA. For that same cost, you could run X-Gels or X-Factor at double the effective dose for 50 days. A normal dosed cycle will come in around $60-$80 depending on when and where you buy it.
Also, pump products aren't "useless". They have a use. It just comes down to if you feel the temporary cosmetic purpose of them justifies the cost. They won't make a difference in actual mass or strength, maybe a bit in endurance, but for what their purpose is, pump products serve it well. Just don't listen to label claims on pump products trying to say that extra bit of blood flow will make a huge difference in nutrient delivery, leaning to all sorts of size gains. If you want an ArA product, Nutriverse has X-Gels 20% off with XGEL20 and they'll come out to about ~$60 for two bottles. Nutriverse also has two bottles of X-Factor with a free Test Factor for ~$80. DPS, whenever they have X-Gels back in stock, will have them around ~$60 for the stack, with use of the coupon code DPS10

At 19 no test booster is needed. I'd recommend getting your base supps taken care of like whey protein, creatine etc and then experiment with epicatechin products and x gels.

Xgels by a mile, far better dose AND 20% off at Nutriverse, check it out:

At almost 19 the only thing you need is more food on your plate. Food is the most powerful natural anabolic, not some omega 6. Your natural hormone levels are high, just train like an animal, stay consistent and eat whole foods. Meats, eggs, fish, pasta, rice and potatoes. Try to cut out sugar. Drink lots of water. Get a multi vitamin if you want.

You won't get adequate ArA in your diet though and there's no denying it's effectiveness.

I understand what he's saying. I shouldn't rely on supplements. But if there's a proven supplement to help make training more efficient, with really no negative sides, I think that's perfectly fine.

Bro people have been getting huge from diet, training and sleep forever. Dudes been jacked without ara. Your foolish if you believe you need it. And at the age of 19 you don't need any supplements. Just hard work.

What's your height and bodyweight?

How long have you been training?

It's not about relying on it, you just flat out don't need it. It's a waste of your money. Just eat good quality food. Wanna grow? Eat. Simple

At your age I would be focused on more of the basics then experimenting. Your test should be super high which would help your gainz. Get the right nutrition plan and heavy lifting first.

I see ArA a lot like creatine. Both are found in diet but not enough for efficacy. You could also argue that you don't need creatine though, but like Ryguy2016 said, if it makes training more efficient, why not?

Supplements equate to roughly 5% of your results. Diet is 75-80% of your results. Food is king always. It's clear what's most important for an 18 year old kid to spend his hard earned money on.

I'm 6'3" 160 lbs

That sounds pretty skinny and I'd suggest food, first and foremost but you looked really lean in some of your pictures so maybe you could look into supplementation more. I'm 5'6 so it's hard to imagine what I'd do at your height lol

Xgels far superior to hemodraulix which has some other stuff in its blend

I wouldn't buy hemodraulix for the Ara alone as it's inclusion is there primarily for pumps

Thanks guys.

I think I've decided to get some X-Gels and maybe ABE to stack it with.

X gels+ABE is one of the most popular stacks around. You won't be disappointed!
