I have flushing of skin easily. Red eyes. Sensitive red skin. can 45.7 % HCT be high? Range goes up to 47.9. So i am in range but maybe little high? What can i take to get it lower if need be? I am healthy 28/m

A 45.7% HCT is normal for your age. You don't need to donate.

45.7 is very normal. I didn't donate till I hit 53. I now feel fine at 49.
