What do you guys think? My main goals here are body fat loss and strength gains/maintain. I know it's hard to loose weight and gain strength but I'm not looking to loose weight just bodyfat won't mind replacing that fat weight with muscle weight. I have read some reviews/logs and seen that hemodraulix is good for fat loss and strength gains so I am just thinking of running a ECA stack with it to just help with the fat loss even more. Lemme kno what you guys think
