just wondering what the eta for the Hemavol powder is?and will the formula be any diff than the caps?

Formula will be the same; the only thing you may notice is the roughly identical price with a few more serving!

I vote for 20....just saying , lots of people lift 5 x a week now .....though i cant take hemavol or plasmajet on leg days, too much of a pump
