Not to mention "way" actually makes sense in the sentence. Context clues folks, learned that shiz in grade school

Why do that when it is easier to jump on someone for a mistake?
wow.
you guys have issues.

wasting time to critique a tongue-in-cheek post????

and "attempting" to defend a guy who got banned for picking a fight in another thread with a long-time AM member, much respected, who gives out great free advice to folks...............

carry on.

One, because it didn't seem like a tongue in cheek post, it seemed like you genuinely believed he was using a hate-word.
Two, I had no idea about any alleged history of unethical acts by the poster, but that actually changes nothing. I am not defending him so much as I am clarifying an apparent misinterpretation.
Anytime you feel like being schooled on ethics and logic, just feel free to post another passive-aggressive comment.

It's obvious, since on the interwebz a person can act like a fool without much repercussion and feel like they got away with something.

it didn't seem like a tongue in cheek post..
you are incredibly psychic, and know -- even via the internet -- what ppl are REALLY trying to say.

I had no idea about any alleged history of unethical acts by the poster, but that actually changes nothing..
unethical acts????
who said anything about that?
you are correct about your not having any idea tho..

for the record - i had no personal problem with Jay whatsoever, and respected his contributions to this forum.

I am clarifying an apparent misinterpretation..
so wait --
you are attempting to clarify a misinterpretation, from said poster who is banned?
once again, AWESOME psychic ability you apparently have!

you are incredibly well-schooled, and tremendously couth...
even tho you name-call and make personal accusations and insults online.

thank you for sharing your wisdom. i for one am appreciative.

perhaps you should practice some tolerance with those who are so obviously less fortunate and cultured than yourself.

allow me to refresh this definition of tolerance..perhaps it fits better, being directed towards you. :)

Hey when and why did you get banned?

I have no idea why he was banned, but I wonder how long it was.

I think WARBIRD was banned too.

sodium loading can help the pump!Check out our very own CriticalBench's post on it!http://anabolicminds.com/forum/i-force-nutrition/191393-criticalbench-hemavol-trick.html
Going to have to check that out. I got some hemavol to try it out with.

I'm planning on going to the next one too Mike. Hopefully I can see ya there.

I bought a tub to try, and honestly it's not doing anything for me... No pumps, energy, anything. Highly disappointed. Don't know if there's anything I can do different, tried it on empty stomach, and full stomach, 1/2 hr before workout, and nothing. Seems like it works well for just about everyone else. The only thing I noticed different is that I seem to perspire a bit more, but I usually break a pretty good sweat with my high intensity workouts normally. Any suggestions?

I experienced the same, luckily NP had a 10 pack of the single serving packets so I didn't waste too much. I was expecting great results with the reviews I read, guess it works great for some and no others.

oh well their stuff like protean and compete are current and forever staples in my Supplement cabinet!

Please post exactly how you took hemavol, what you ate, what your drank etc. Most users who dislike hemavol initially, find it's not hard to make it work amazing for them. Hemavol can be very tricky and user dependent. Would love to help you make it work for you.

did you take it on an empty or full stomach? how long after your last meal was your dose? how much water?

was going to ask these questions.

i've noticed the more water i have around hemavol the better it tends to work. the effects weren't as pronounced the few times i used it when i wasn't taking in adequate amounts of water around training/throughout the day

Same, I'll even have some before taking Hemavol.

Being properly hydrated before drinking hemavol IMO is just as key to drinking alot of water with hemavol.
